Just silly pwhite. But enjoy yourself.

So the $1.6m settlement creditors and court were happy to risk their money on the basis that Ethernity would be able to get the cash from a devastated capital market? All of them. 100%. When they could have the cash now?

patt - "If they had no revenue then the $2m cash balance would evaporate and no settlement creditors get paid."

Wrong again. ENET is a listed company that has access to the equity markets even if it is to the detriment of its shareholders. The company has demonstrated it can raise £millions via the equity markets and this is what the TSP was exited on.

As aside who is to say Tarana wouldn't boycott Israeli based companies like others have based on the war in Gaza.

I'm showing you the light here.

Certainly is becoming clearer. That is utter rubbish. The TSP exit was because the court could see the settlement being paid through profitable trading. If they had no revenue then the $2m cash balance would evaporate and no settlement creditors get paid.

But the court and 100% of creditors agreed to the settlement. When they could have had cash.

Your argument is simply idiot.

patt - " Without Tarana revenue so far 2024 would be about zero and we never could have left TSP."

Once again I reiterate leaving the TSP had nothing to do with anticipated orders from Tarana. No court would allow a company to exit administration on orders that may or may not materialise.

Leaving the TSP was based solely on the company's ability to meet the creditor proposals. This they can do with the existing cash balance and the use of the equity markets.

Is the picture becoming clearer now.

PWhite73 - Sadly you're totally right. They have used carefully chosen words that actually mean nothing! Just like the ads that claim "up to 99% of customers would....." from which the only FACT (as opposed to inferance) one can take is not ALL customers would, but it would still be technically accurate if NONE of the customer would!

Not really possible. Without Tarana revenue so far 2024 would be about zero and we never could have left TSP. Trying to micro interpret wordings to say this or that is pointlesss.

We left TSP.
Tarana are growing strongly and released new 6Ghz in Feb 24.

Makes it more than likely that monthly G1 deliveries happening. But only they know.

patt - I put this question to you before. Why throughout the H2 only and not the whole year. That's because they are lying. H2 is in the future. H1 is now. If they claim they have received orders when they haven't its tantamount to fraud and deception. If they claim to anticipate orders well the whole of the scamming AIM is based on anticipation.

patt - "The key word here is “throughout221;. To me this means that monthly SoC orders are being received."

Read the RNS again. - "the customer anticipates placing new orders for both the first and second generation products throughout the second half of 2024."

The 'throughout' is not for the whole of 2024 its only for the second half of 2024. We are still in the first half of 2024 so NO orders have been placed yet.

“We are pleased to report continued revenue growth in 2023 from our U.S. fixed wireless broadband solution customer. Furthermore, we are actively engaged in the development of a second-generation product for this customer. This development effort is ongoing in 2024, and we have been advised that the customer anticipates placing new orders for both the first and second generation products throughout the second half of 2024. The customer's rollout ramp-up plan for the second-generation product is scheduled to take place during 2025.”

The key word here is “throughout221;. To me this means that monthly SoC orders are being received. Previously Tarana issued a large purchase order and this was fulfilled over the following months with packets of SoCs.

It has been interpreted, and that is fair enough, that no new G1 orders have been delivered so far in H1 24. But the growth of Tarana makes that unlikely. I think they are simply saying orders are happening every month. Excellent news that G2 is kicking in H2 24 and also that my info about 2025 launch was right.

DW - I have no issue with that. You are likely to get a better response if one at all if you just pose it as a general question as opposed to responding to bulletin board conversation. If they know you are going to post the response on a share BB you probably won't get a reply.

In the scheme of things the financial results could have looked worse BUT THEY DID NOT. Today demonstrated conclusive proof that the lights are still on and will get brighter. The BOD members give increased credibility and the management is now stronger.

DW - There is nothing to stop them doing business under a CVA but the administrator overseas the whole business until the creditors are paid in full. If the company defaults on its payments the administrator can wind up the company.

"If your limited company is insolvent, it can use a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) to pay creditors over a fixed period. If creditors agree, your limited company can continue trading."

"You’ll need to make the scheduled payments to creditors through the insolvency practitioner until these are paid off."
