19/4/2024 08:52 | PWhiteWith your permission, I would like to send your last post to Ethernity to clarify what you say.Would that be ok? | daddy warbucks
19/4/2024 08:49 | RNS 5/2/24 statesEthernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L; OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier of networking processing semiconductor technology ported on field programmable gate arrays for virtualised networking appliances is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 31 January 2024, the Court in Lod has on 4 February 2024 approved the proposed creditor settlement plan, details of which were announced on 11 January 2024. Following this approval, the Company can now continue to undertake its business and operations as usual. I'm | daddy warbucks
19/4/2024 08:49 | I've been tempted back into ENET now that there's some decent management and that clown CFO has departed. All I would say is the current market cap is ridiculously low. | j arthur rank
19/4/2024 08:36 | DW - "I should have made it clearer. New orders which the company spoke about in the rns dated 28th March 2024." They can always speak about new orders what they cannot speak about are signed, agreed and contracted orders. The company is still under a CVA meaning under the control of the Lud Court. Until the creditors are paid in full over the next 12 months the Settlement Manager is still effectively the head of the company not the CEO or Chairman. Try and understand why there are no orders. Tarana cannot engage with a company that has a prior commitment to its creditors as part of an administration order as opposed to themselves. It's no coincidence they state the Tarana G2 orders will materialise after the 12 month TSP creditor period is over. | pwhite73
19/4/2024 08:30 | onsideman - I stand corrected that should be £400k. | pwhite73
19/4/2024 08:24 | PWhite 7319 Apr '24 - 07:53 - 35041 of 35058 Three points to take away. 3. They have to pay £400 million per quarter as part of the TSP settlement. Erm... are you absolutely sure about that? | onsideman
19/4/2024 08:21 | I should have made it clearer. New orders which the company spoke about in the rns dated 28th March 2024. | daddy warbucks
19/4/2024 08:15 | DW - "Maybe on Monday they will announce those orders in H1!!!!!" How the hell can they announce orders for H1 on Monday when they told you in the RNS they expect the orders in H2 (and only expect I might add). | pwhite73
19/4/2024 08:13 | PWhite ... missed the boat or LTH sufferer? | snooker40
19/4/2024 08:11 | "patt - There is only one reason orders will materialise in H2 it's because we are already in H1. Indeed there are only 10 weeks left for the end of H1."Maybe on Monday they will announce those orders in H1!!!!! | daddy warbucks
19/4/2024 08:11 | Remember these results are for the period upto Dec 31st 2023. The BEAD programme is being marketed now and early movements are happening. Vendors in the states of America are starting to sort out their forward but Tarana with its G1 platform and G1x2 are at the forefront, with certification. ENET rides on its back. Get a grip doubters. | snooker40
19/4/2024 08:10 | I am in shock numbers before 28th June. All festering stuff will be in here. The warrants at 1.5 show where the company expects to be as a minimum in next 12 months.China being a write off is tno surpriseTarana orders will be coming H2 to bolster price before cash any cash raise. Next news the 2.2 - 3 m orders. | chester9
19/4/2024 08:09 | Nobody be fooled by the blue. This is the MM working the placing tricking you into thinking the results have been taken positively. | pwhite73
19/4/2024 08:07 | patt - There is only one reason orders will materialise in H2 it's because we are already in H1. Indeed there are only 10 weeks left for the end of H1. They have no orders patt. Let's play with the fairies for a second and pretend orders will arrive in H2 the revenue would not be realised until H1 2025. Year end 2024 will show a massive loss again plus £1.2 million of the cash would have gone to the creditors. They will have to raise again at a massive discount to keep the company afloat. | pwhite73
19/4/2024 08:03 | FFS….five months ago we were in TSP. Now we have G1 and G2 confirmed plus military contract plus lots more. And cash that will last to the higher revenues. I am happy. | purchaseatthetop
19/4/2024 08:01 | The question is " Can I afford to be out of this over the weekend?"Well can you Punk?? | daddy warbucks
19/4/2024 08:00 | Pwhite. Because they are not going to say “we supplied then in H1 and didn’t tell you!”. In the end it is H2 that will determine the future. G1 and G2 orders will be excellent. | purchaseatthetop
19/4/2024 07:59 | This dog need contracts.... Will they come in Q2? Wouldn't put my house on it. Still in debt. Tarana, doubtful. Conflict. Who knows what Iran may have planned over the weekend. Fancy being in this mutt over this weekend. 😱 This finishes RED today. | halland75
19/4/2024 07:55 | Results are open for interpretation no real clarity on Tarana, although we are clear Tarana is live | blue square |
