They can always speak about new orders what they cannot speak about are signed, agreed and contracted orders.

The company is still under a CVA meaning under the control of the Lud Court. Until the creditors are paid in full over the next 12 months the Settlement Manager is still effectively the head of the company not the CEO or Chairman.

Try and understand why there are no orders. Tarana cannot engage with a company that has a prior commitment to its creditors as part of an administration order as opposed to themselves.

It's no coincidence they state the Tarana G2 orders will materialise after the 12 month TSP creditor period is over.

Remember these results are for the period upto Dec 31st 2023. The BEAD programme is being marketed now and early movements are happening. Vendors in the states of America are starting to sort out their forward but Tarana with its G1 platform and G1x2 are at the forefront, with certification. ENET rides on its back.

I am in shock numbers before 28th June. All festering stuff will be in here. The warrants at 1.5 show where the company expects to be as a minimum in next 12 months.China being a write off is tno surpriseTarana orders will be coming H2 to bolster price before cash any cash raise. Next news the 2.2 - 3 m orders.

Let's play with the fairies for a second and pretend orders will arrive in H2 the revenue would not be realised until H1 2025. Year end 2024 will show a massive loss again plus £1.2 million of the cash would have gone to the creditors.

They will have to raise again at a massive discount to keep the company afloat.

FFS….five months ago we were in TSP. Now we have G1 and G2 confirmed plus military contract plus lots more. And cash that will last to the higher revenues. I am happy.

Pwhite. Because they are not going to say “we supplied then in H1 and didn’t tell you!”. In the end it is H2 that will determine the future. G1 and G2 orders will be excellent.
