01/6/2023 15:18 | CSFS is a scam with a COO who scammed UK pensioners of £8m had his company closed down and was given 15% of CSFS because he is the brains behind the scam. Do you want to invest in scams steadier. | purchaseatthetop
01/6/2023 14:16 | Yes they are definitely in the hot spots. There's no point in seeking 99.97% reliable G1 then having a less reliable backhaul. Currently wireless hasn't really been seen as a standalone solution. A wireless network could cost 10-15% of a PON backhaul. | 504
01/6/2023 14:01 | Skid. Seagreen does not understand the first thing about ENET. He even thinks the company reversed previous booked revenues in 2022. The whole business model is high gross margin and almost no extra overhead for growth and that cash costs below the line are about $3.5m per six months so need about $4.5m plus for breakeven. | purchaseatthetop
01/6/2023 13:54 | Seagreen. Retained earnings are really not important in the forward share price although clearly show where ENET have come from, unfortunately it is very hard to value the r&d over this time. You need to look at gross and net margins, breakeven points etc. This could be a very highly leveraged p&l (including a lot of non cash costs) so once past breakeven profit flows - it's then working capital / cash flow on top of this. $20m, in my dreams, will throw off at least $5m profit and could be much higher even on lower revenue depending on what business model they pursue and product mix. | skid35
01/6/2023 11:30 | Exactly. But our IP is about low power, high capacity, service reliability, future proofing, vendor agnostic so cheap and easy to implement. All aspects highlighted in the Siame product write up. | purchaseatthetop
01/6/2023 11:13 | Ethernity don't make radios. They work with all radios so there is no direct competition. Radio vendors users and integrators are Ethernity customers | 504
01/6/2023 11:00 | I guess 2022 accounts out very soon will show at least a 7m operating loss if the first half year spend of 5m continued into the second half with a years revenue of just under 3m ..so the retained losses will rise to nearly 50m...In 2023 they need to invoice at least 10m to break even then 5 years of making at least 10m operating profit (at least 20m revenue) just to wipe out the negative reserves brought forward by 2028. Trouble is there is no way costs of 10m producing 3m of revenue will not significantly rise if they jump from 3m to 10m to 20m of revenue...so it will be a bleeding hard rocky road You need beer goggles and a crystal ball to know that is achievable. Shame they do not have a little more humility and talk in terms of "we hope that, we expect that etc" I fear we might be reading about the trials (sic) and tribulations of Purchaseatthetop's super duper penny stock called ENET for many a year if it survives. | seagreen
01/6/2023 10:51 | Relax Joinednow. The post I did yesterday of the Siame Elletronica backhaul unit is important as it confirms our IP and UEP2025 is the right product at the right place at the right time. If we were the only company releasing such items I would be worried. Ours will be the best due to point to multipoint link bonding. Just have to wait. | purchaseatthetop
01/6/2023 10:38 | They seem to be confused with OEM contracts versus delivered OEM invoices cash in the bank sales....but then so were ENET who had to reverse sales they recognised too early. It would be fascinating to see an OEM contract to see if the amount is a maximum guideline order total or a contractual commitment to purchase that amount of product which they can not walk away from. | seagreen
01/6/2023 10:35 | Hi patt, how is the ‘plan’ going? The same way as the one after the last raise it would seem, nowhere? | jimboau
01/6/2023 09:43 | 504 Says some will win some will lose. Is she serious !! Everyone on here is losing not one person is up she must be down a fortune she still she buys. Some people deserve to lose the lot | niaroo
01/6/2023 09:43 | I wish they would move the headline numbers up. | joinednow
01/6/2023 09:38 | The outlook remains turbulent until decisive news. It's just how it is. Some will sell some will buy, some will win some will lose. | 504
01/6/2023 09:28 | The offer price was listed at 3p when yesterday it actually was 2.84p. It is now both 2.8p offer and actual price is 2.8p. So just MMS moving the headline numbers. | purchaseatthetop
01/6/2023 09:19 | Ouch! Down. | joinednow
01/6/2023 09:05 | Just been reading this mornings RNS that PRATT predicted took some digesting with my cornflakes | quantas01
01/6/2023 08:35 | They need to hold long enough to get a profit. So far they have just lost money. | 504
01/6/2023 08:32 | Oops good by 3p hello 2p | seagreen
01/6/2023 07:56 | True but 58 m. Sold at 6p gets them 3.48m pounds. After already selling what they had, they will be close to being back in the black at 6p.They probably feel that they are in control of their profitability now.IF and it's a big IF ENET deliver | chester9
01/6/2023 07:53 | Bergen will just be in and out for a fast buck, which the way the agreement is structured they can easily do in a rising market backed by contract related rnss, which unfortunately I have forgotten what they look like amongst the cash raises. They must be livid with the repricing of warrants undercutting their position in the market. | skid35
01/6/2023 07:48 | These guys can't project revenue a week in advance I'm not sure your theory holds much water Chester..! | dplewis1
01/6/2023 07:37 | 1 million shares off but you get point | chester9
01/6/2023 07:35 | If Bergen converted at 2.9 p then another 52 million shares taking their holding to 59.6 million. 31% of company. Its all very interesting and orchestrated? | chester9 |
