Bergen will just be in and out for a fast buck, which the way the agreement is structured they can easily do in a rising market backed by contract related rnss, which unfortunately I have forgotten what they look like amongst the cash raises.

They must be livid with the repricing of warrants undercutting their position in the market.

Maybe because they got screwed over with placing after placing and absolutely zero evidence that Ethernity were going to succeed..

In the process of running the share price down they have lost a lot of money. I guess that they are planning to reverse that situation.

Of course it's an anonymous board. You can't be slandered in a written word anyway as that would be libel. Slander is the spoken word that is proven untrue and causes loss or harm.
As people don't know who you are, libel by proxy of an avatar doesn't exist. You have to demonstrate loss you have lost nothing as you only exist here in this name which is only linked to you by you.
It doesn't cover people saying things you don't like or being mean to you. It has to be untrue and cause harm or loss. Being frustrated or annoyed just doesn't matter in law.
There are criminal misuse of telecommunications offences that I have successfully prosecuted but they are criminal law with a high burden of proof being required.

If I had a conversation with the right people I would want to know how many integrations have been successfully completed on the new test equipment. It would be a very useful piece of knowledge.
I would guess 11 so far.
Testing UEP, testing PON and integrating ONU into XGS-PON.
I think that they have been very busy with this kit.
