As the resident bookmaker I will again offer opening odds of 500/1 that this was the last placing. This had all the hallmarks of a cap in hand rush job to stave off a serious liquidity crunch. Napatech are beefing out their partnerships and getting strategic investors .. and will still be ebitda negative for 2023

Just 130M shares in issue and that's INCLUDING latest placing! Most AIM companies have 10 times that even after a 100/1 consolidation, ENET have never consolidated.
All the hints are there that ENET will see revenues of $9M this year alone, take a seat, this train is about to leave the station 😉

Dplewis. I am glad we are in tandem. If we understand WHY we are where we are then we can understand HOW we will recover. Simply saying as papillon does that the chart of the past shows the way forward is short sighted.

The share price reflects the cash calls. But with the revenue finally happening is it the last? If so, we can expect a massive rerate. Record levels of rerate.

Patt helpfully points out the main issue with Ethernity and that is that they cannot absorb bad news. This is a criticism that even the most ardent bull must agree with - they don't have the financial heft to recover after a delay (or an unforeseen bill), hence the constant cash calls

Marky I am expecting that the contract milestones for new business will cover the component investment. Demand is strong and Ethernity need to negotiate a solution. It's much harder for a development product because of the technology risk and long lead time. A production situation is different and opens up different funding options linked directly to the contract.

Inventory was $255k on 30/6/21
Inventory was $771k on 30/6/22
I expect inventory is now over $1m because of the upcoming orders.

Steadier. If it is going to zero then it will have to go bust. We are close to Q3 when the first major part of the FTTR contract is delivered with 5,000 controller. The first of many more. The PON XGS deliveries are in full swing. That first contract will largely be fulfilled in H2 23. It was delayed by a full year from Q2 22 to Q2 23 as I posted a couple of days ago in post 19216. Read it. Tarana G2 will arrive H2 23. I think we will be above breakeven H2 23.

We are weighed down by failures to deliver in the last year but can see why. That is why the opportunity is so huge. Just my view.

PaTT. I have been working on that. It's not in the public listings as you say. It is possible to see the US applications before but it's restricted and there's a substantial fee. I guess it's worth it for the tech developers.
I do know that it's linked to a product which we will see in H2 and is currently under development at Ethernity Towers. Also the 3808 is in similar development. I suspect that it is a fiber and wireless controller as an extension of 3808. The patent will be OLT and aggregation on the same appliance.
The placing will have to be in the field.

Eddy did I say that I predicted it, this is just not as simple as you think it is.
You came knowing nothing expecting a quick profit. I told you that it's not that easy and this is not the share for you. It's a complex share in a devastated market for access to funding. You can't expect liquidity here and can easily get trapped.
It's not about the placing. This management don't fluff the share price up they just report facts good and bad.
This is not a bet, win or lose it may just do nothing for a long time and you said that you expect a quick profit, in and out, see you later.
It didn't happen

3 year ENET log chart. I can't predict the future, but it's said "that the trend is your friend". Well the long term trend here is definitely not "friendly" to those long term holders of ENET! Can ENET rise like the Phoenix from the Ashes? Possible, but the odds must be stacked against it, though a short term bounce is a possibility.
