ENET today are debt free
And in my very strong opinion are about to get a significant amount of money injected in to it thru a JV

May be they know something you do not know. The known unknown already known. This is strongly supported by the Israeli community. Levi can't fall their hands. All those 100 of millions of New Tech shares are mopped up by them and out of circulation.
