Ebeneezer Scrooge has nothing on some of these posters lol!Peace and GOODWILL to all this Christmas. |
This is certainly going down the tubes by the looks of it |
WASHINGMACHINE/AMARETTO bet 5k last week that ENET will finish with higher share price than STX before XMAS. Very embarrassing regardless of the fact that both ENET and STX are for mug punters. |
' HOPE ' ... GET A GRIP MAN.
Hope has not been fulfilled in 20 years. |
WP. Your posting record on ENET is about 5x mine or anyone else's. If you keep posting rubbish (that an rns is required if someone has sold below 3% as the recent example) I'll keep on pointing it out. |
SKID I do understand what is going on, yes I am a shareholder, yes I am not happy about the dilution but funds were needed and yes at a cost to shareholders, like me. BUT Yes I also believe there will be a turning point in early 2025. |
Infact who on Advfn has such obsession with a company ?? Apart from you … You are sick .. seriously sick ! |
More gobbled nonsense from skid mark the self proclaimed guru New technology are out .. and why did they issue a RNS last time ?? For the fun of it Risk is with every company at present But because your only obsession is with ENET none of us can comment U r a seriously sick individual, absolutely no doubt about that One decent Contract release by ENET will multiply SP THEN WHAT WILL YOU DO ?? I’ll tell you Totally undermine it , dissect it Bla bla bla Because you are a mental case A lonely old man ! |
So WM facts totally disproved within a few hours. No they don't need to issue an RNS.Dilution is the direct transfer of value to new shareholders from existing ones, even more so when the deal is on these terms.WM, snooker. Amazed at your lack of understanding here, and you are a shareholder with this level of understanding which doesn't enable you to understand the risk here. |
wow another hole to e dug in the AIM graveyard!
The cemetery is getting very full, the market is failing.
AIM looks to be finished, they fleeced all the gerbils, and nobody left by the looks if it. |
Yes yes yes We have all heard you fraudster Again and again and again So we are looking at another tranch of shares .. So what ?? If they deliver what’s basically promised The market cap would be 10 x this valuation So what are you here for ?? It does not detract from the ridiculous undervaluation If they achieved 35 million PA THE SHARE PRICE WOULD BE 20 pence plus Now FO back to MOS WHICH YOU YET AGAIN CALLED COMPLETELY WRONG yet again |
Let's hope criteria has been struck up with NT to stop this when the extra shares are available after the Dec 23rd EGM. We never get to know the finer points of deal making, so best not to speculate. |
Snooker. Right now the relevant exercise price would be 0.085p
The existing 0.125p or so aversge age is rounded to 0.1p and then 15% taken off. For that to change the VWAP for all previous 20 trading days must be 0.2p or above as otherwise it always gets rounded down to 0.1p and then 15% taken off! |
PATT...understand what you are saying now assume the 20 days are above 0.1p |
Sadly snooker they can go back 20 trading days before the contract RNS and select their lowest VWAPs on those days snd then discount by 15%. Do any rise would not affect the number of shares issued.
17/5/24 RNS “Should the exercise price be above 1p throughout the exercise period, then 40,000,000 is the maximum number of additional Ordinary Shares that would be issued under the Agreement.”
Didn’t quite work out like that did it. |
SKID an financial wizard who reads RNSs I am sure it can be left to you. Following the receipt of this warrant exercise notice and the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the remaining balance in relation to which New Tech may exercise its Warrant under the Investment Deed is £210,000, less the value of the 40,000,000 Subscription Shares issued to New Tech at the time of entering into the Investment Deed (as set out in the Announcement) at the relevant exercise price. Based on the deemed exercise price for this warrant issue of 0.1p, the remaining outstanding balance under the Investment Deed is £170,000 (however, this amount may vary depending on the relevant exercise price at the time of exercise). Were the relevant exercise price to be higher than 0.1p, then the outstanding balance would be lower than £170,000, For example, were the relevant exercise price to be 0.3p then the outstanding balance would be £90,000. |
So if they get an asic contract today, a massive prepay on IP and the share price goes to 2p how does that change the new tech exercise price ? |
'So the higher the share price the less money or value ENET owe them'.Yep 100% factual.Turn spell check on as it just shows your level of education. It's tranche not tranch, it's not Star Trek it's VWAP not WARP. |
Remember Post 41296 is the fact ! |
