So what happens in the next two weeks?
My guess is that DL and New Tech have a plan.
As soon as the GM has authorised the new shares there will be a conversion at about 0.085p (VWAP rounded down to 0.1p and then 15% discount). £210k balance so 247m new shares less the 40m subscription shares so 207m.
That leaves around 393m available for a placing. But they need a lot of demand and a higher price. So expect a couple of bits of news to create the demand and as I posted earlier the absence of any NT shares right now might mean a spike. That DL can presell the placing into. |
Can enet produce a "Telecoms for Dummies" book, for their dummy shareholders. They might achieve rapid growth.
I can't think of a company that's messed it up more than them. |
So no comment from dishwater on the first three facts, this is basic stuff. Now the fourth. You can't have it both ways, that the company will re rate X times with a signed contract and second that a director trading on this information is dealing on inside information. Which way is it Einstein?Best go back to your pint of Stella and spoons gutbuster breakfast. |
Chart looks primed for 0.6, then 2p. |
What news are we expecting Ammo? I might buy a few. |
Correct Patt. I forgot about that! ;0( |
DaddyW. Sadly not the case. The conversion is done at the lowest VWAPs in the previous 20 trading days. So they can go back nearly a month on the calendar. |
Daddy, as previously stated - news Monday would be insider trading by any director buying this week. |
It would be a great time to issue contract news before the general meeting. With little selling from New Tech, the share price would rise which would reduce the amount of shares needed to issue to them under the funding formula.News on Monday? ;0) |
Amazing the basic lies posted by dishwater on this board. You haven't even got your numbers right for DL, with the placing he has bought 12m.MC is not an insider. No Peter house have not bought shares.Unless DL is buying on insider information, there is no material news. |
4/12/24 RNS Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will be 1,000,000,000 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury. This figure of 1,000,000,000 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
So they used every available share they could to do the £130k odd placing. If they had more headroom it would have been higher. New Tech cannot be issued any more shares because all 1b shares are issued. Therefore no new conversions till the GM. Then a conversion. But the 1.6b new headroom simply won’t be enough! |
When companies want to raise capital through a rights issue, the company should include shareholders in that offer. However, a company can issue shares without including shareholders,up to a certain limit, if a resolution is proposed and voted upon each year, normally at an AGM. This allows the company, the flexibility to raise cash quickly if needed. Once that limit is reached, the company has to seek permission from its shareholders to raise it in the current year. Hence the general meeting later this month. |
Thanks for info. Could you please explain the 1b share limit and how that comes about? |
There could be a spike here. New Tech cannot convert any more till the GM late December as the 1b shares limit is nearly reached now. and the liquidity will no longer be in the market. Fascinating. |
Chowdry has a link to T !! |
Really u think so What 800 million share turn over this week alone ?? Wake up This is not just churn .. If the OEM in late talks is Tarana 10 bag plus |
Private Investors buying whilst New Tech sells at a profit |
The strange thing is you haven't actually got money in PATT plc |
Made me laugh... owing a debt to society!!! |
You need to look at the ASIC potential deal in the light of
5/3/24 RNS Based on the scopes of work being discussed with these potential new customers, should they lead to contracts, they could contribute between $2.2 million and $3 million to the Company's revenues in 2024. Given the commitment of each customer to adopt the products, this would likely lead to significantly higher revenues in 2025 and beyond.
And the fact that they lied about Tarana first and second generation orders throughout 2024.
Actually revenue will be about $1.4m for the whole of 2024. The placing was just to keep them going for an extra two weeks. |
