The shares rise because New Tech and ENET are deliberately avoiding the issuance of TR1s. Ignorant PIs read of a holding of 13% - 14% and buy the shares in the mistaken belief someone is stake building unaware that the they are selling down. A TR1 would reveal this.
When it rises sharply you then get others jumping on board for FOMO.

Bsg. I agree. New Tech have only sold some 35m shares in the three/four weeks to 2/12/24 and it makes sense for them to be happy for a cash raise to give them more time to clear. |

No they haven't told the market a contract is about to drop. Even if they did if they can't get "orders throughout h2" for an existing customer and existing product right not much hope for their forecasting elsewhere. I put more in my SIPP on a monthly basis than that, and again following when DL buys isn't like following Buffett. |
