They have been getting help off the government and already had 4 million in the bank. They have low cash burn.No placing

That was to buy the French operation and although cash in the bank post acquisition it may not be enough to both absorb further losses and expand. The time to raise is when markets are still fairly bullish because when this turns they will be hurt.
