14/11/2013 18:50 | Slightly confused, I have my EROS shares in a Halifax Sharebuilder account. They've divided the number of shares by three but the trade price is listed as $4.50 per share, have they died since the IPO or have Halifax boobed? How can I check the NYSE listing price? Any help much appreciated. | rsm117

14/11/2013 12:41 | Here's a link: The only consolation to this farce is that the proposed insider sales which were part of this process were cancelled. Perhaps this will give the CEO etc an incentive to work slightly harder now to get the share price up so that they can make their $millions.... | ![]() rivaldo

14/11/2013 11:27 | Where can I look up EROS stock price on the NYSE? I've tried Yahoo but the only price they're showing for a stock called EROS Intl Media listed in the US is around 180 ( cents, dollars?) . That's unlikely to be what I'm looking for. Has anyone found a good source of current share price since EROS moved? | ![]() alter ego
14/11/2013 07:54 | From what I could see the vast majority of trades look like PIs baling. I think we'll have a better idea of true market value in a few days when the dust has settled. I'm not at all happy with the way this listing was handled though and agree entirely with earlier posters view - it was shambolic! | sumitos

13/11/2013 19:19 | So has anyone actually got this in crest? I got the following from my broker, Consolidation Terms Your account has been credited with 1 new A share in exchange for every 3 existing shares held in Eros International. The new A ordinary share ISIN is IM00B86NL059. The shares are currently suspended from trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange, and we are currently in discussion with our international custodian regarding this. We will advise you whether we will be able to offer a trading platform for the shares in due course. Actions required by you As this is a mandatory event, no action is required by you. Mandatory Corporate Action- Consolidation overview: This typically occurs as the result of when a Company decides to reduce the existing number of shares in circulation. The shareholding decreases but the overall value of the shares will remain the same with the price of each individual share increasing. A company may decide to do this to make the price of its shares more comparable with the stock of their competitors. | smurfy2001
13/11/2013 17:23 | It could be UK holders who have sold in advance of transferring their stock into the DTC on say T+5. While I appreciate that there aren't many who can hope to do this, if you have a US and UK broking a/c with the same firm, this is conceivable. | ![]() eacn

13/11/2013 16:41 | What I don't understand is given that this IPO'ed at $11 ... are those sells at 10.7 disenchanted holders who were given an allocation and just want out on 1st day of dealings ? Surely they're all selling at an immediate loss. | david_99
13/11/2013 16:14 | That must surely rate as one of the most shambolic and unedifying IPOs on record. The underwriters should be shot and then promptly sued: to have published an IPO price range without having firm commitments from institutions is unforgiveable, but to have then compounded that error by publishing a listing price that itself had to be revised is grossly negligent. The board are equally negligent for allowing the underwriters to get away with this behaviour. | ![]() eacn
13/11/2013 15:44 | Not sure about that - it's simply a pretty depressed day on the markets. As usual with EROS, their timing is awful! Extremely disappointing though. Ram Leela is a biggie being released this Friday. Perhaps news of a big success will turn things around. | ![]() rivaldo
13/11/2013 15:40 | More sells going thru than buys on the NYSE. Trades going through at 10.8 This is going into single dollar digits ... US investors clearly not too taken with an Indian film company. Clearly not a welcome IPO in the US. | david_99

13/11/2013 13:03 | At $11 per share shall we open at a premium?? I bet we finish down on the first day!! | ![]() foot in mouth
13/11/2013 13:02 | I have never heard the likes of this before!!! Why are they paying all those fees and who was it in EROS that is ( a female director??) receiving a few million dollars for a "successful" float?? It should all be clawed back!!!! Disgrace. | ![]() foot in mouth
13/11/2013 12:49 | 3 x 2.35 = 7.05 x 1.6 = $11 or near enough which is what we finished at last night! what a coincidence. Somebody knew didn't they? How corrupt can this market get?? A disgusted long term investor who should know better. | ![]() yorkie52

13/11/2013 12:39 | Pretty much a disaster all round then - good going EROS! Pray they don't release another rns before the US opens | sphere25
13/11/2013 12:38 | How have they changed the price since yesterday? Who is advising them throughout this process? They should ask for a refund. | ![]() evaluate
