Odd share price move over last couple of days large spike at 12 noon then comes down quickly to roughly half that rise. What do others make of this? Is this too early to be American buying?

EROS being given a boost by a tip update released today by Simon Thompson on the IC website.

"I still believe that an earnings multiple around 15 times current year earnings estimates is fair value for the company, implying Eros' equity is worth upto 350p a share. Priced on a bid offer spread of 270p to 280p, I rate Eros shares a trading buy and have an end of year target price of 330p."

He believes that it is the HBO tie-up that will get US investors' juices flowing.

This is the CEO who went on a mysterious and unexplained six months "sabbatical" in December 2010 but did not reappear until mid-2012 after the US listing was announced. Was she pushed off the board in 2010 and reinstated when awkward questions were asked when the listing was announced in 2012. Is it pay-back time now? In any event, it raises many questions.

so no update on US IPO so why the rising share price - im not complaining! potentially the HBO tie up is going a lot better than expected? and thie current sales period is going extremely well?

who knows - i just hope we get listing update to push this one over 350p, have however reduced my holing by 25%.
