I still maintain Ergomed is not overvalued even at 16.00, my target. Blame the volatile market we find ourselves in. The market on the whole has a great deal of latent potential. Ergomed,s result was very resilient today. Patiences is what is required here

My argument was not that it wasn’t a good business, merely that it was overvalued and subsequent events/ price movements seem to bear that out

So it’s up to Ergo to up the performance level

Assuming a year end of eps of 38p(25.8) ...about right in my opinion. 1600 ~ 38=pe of 42.1 Pe of 42.2 is not over extending Ergomed.Ok I know that's got nothing to do with the weekend but it is very satisfying to be right and make a profit.
