Wow never expected this to fall as much as this especially with the markets being so strong and more so the USA markets. Surely a great buying opportunity if it gets much cheaper.

Richard Barfield, CFO Ergomed on Shares Magazine - Shares Investor Evening



Excellent presentation. Very strong results – two acquisitions, strong growth, US market presence is paying-off, strong cash generation based on high cash conversion (98%) and a huge order book (up 55% under-pinning future growth).

ERGO has led the development of digitisation of service delivery which has of course been thrust forward with Covid-19.

It’s likely that ERGO will finance further acquisitions funded out of its own resources. In this growing market with high quality returns – this is good use of its cash. So forward p/e of 40 is not cheap but fair value in consideration of a fast organic growth and internally funded acquired growth.

RB was excellent in the AJ bell interview - snippets - ‘strong momentum continuing into 2021; we will be part of the M&A in the mid-tier sector; US listing is on the radar (though not in the near term).

Still got my 25000 shares core holding. I won’t be selling any whilst Barfield is still there. According to his pro-active interview yesterday‘we are still at the beginning of the journey’.Unbelievable when you see the share price has tripled in 9 months!!

Super confident interview from the excellent Richard Barfield. This is such a quality cash generative company with more acquisitions surely planned for this year. The USA side of the business is growing fast and this is sure to be were any future purchases are planned. In post 842 (5 Feb) I was looking for the (5 Jan to 10 Feb) 1200p ceiling to be confirmed as a new floor before adding to my stake. That hasn't quite happened, but three bounces off 1175p might count, once it closes above 1295p?
