Posted at 29/9/2023 09:56 by piedro Amanti sent a LOI in favour of the proposed Scheme... in respect of 1,114,609 Ergomed Shares, representing approximately 2.2 per cent. of the issued share capital ... BUT sold all, As at the date of this announcement, Amati Global Investors no longer holds any Ergomed Shares and, accordingly, the letter of intent from Amati Global Investors has ceased to apply and has been withdrawn. Therefore, Bidco has received irrevocable undertakings or letters of intent in respect of a total of 9,129,297 Ergomed Shares representing approximately 17.9 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of Ergomed to vote in favour of the Scheme at the Court Meeting and the Resolution(s) to be proposed at the General Meeting. WHAT does that signify? From the Offer Document: Miroslav Reljanović has irrevocably undertaken to vote in favour of the Scheme in respect of his own Ergomed Shares (representing approximately 17.9 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of Ergomed). LOOKS like I must read through all those daily notifications to understand WHAT is GOING ON !! |
Posted at 07/9/2023 11:41 by cornishman33 People paying slightly above the offer price. Do they know something that I don't? |
Posted at 04/9/2023 07:47 by mfhmfh Slightly disappointed with the price.Hopefully, a counter bid will come in. |
Posted at 04/9/2023 06:36 by 18bt Not very happy with the price, but a profit is a profit. Significantly under the all time high. |

Posted at 29/1/2023 11:03 by maddox Richard Barfield has been extremely impressive so very grateful for his contribution to the transformation of ERGO. He will be a difficult act to follow. However, the strategy is set and the execution going exceedingly well so his contribution will be sustained. He has a c. 1m options on shares which is equivalent to about 2% of ERGO, so we'll have to see what he does with these. Hopefully he'll retain a sizeable holding in ERGO and an informal, if not formal, advisory role in future. Apart from that I like to express my thanks as a shareholder and wish him a very long and very, very happy retirement. If you share my sentiments please give this post a thumbs-up. Cheers Maddox |
Posted at 26/1/2023 12:28 by ihatemms Richard Barfield retiring is a big negative on the stock unfortunately. In short he transformed his previous company and then Ergomed - check the share price after he was appointed .The retirement expectation was on the wall when the deputy CFO was appointed. I sold half before the announcement and the other half yesterday. |
Posted at 26/1/2023 10:56 by fegger Positive trading update. But no move in share price. Likely due to the still high PE ratio in an era where PEs have reduced a lot. |
Posted at 19/1/2022 10:02 by whittler100 ERGO is an Ex-holding that did exceptionally well for me. However, in this market, I do question the PE valuation ascribed to the businesses by the market. I think that ERGO is a fine business but will wait until the next trading update before I reconsider taking a fresh position. I expect the next trading update to be in eh last week of this month. |
Posted at 24/6/2019 19:04 by timbo003 I had assumed that the recent perkiness in the Ergo share price was due to them shifting away from the co-development model and just focusing on the pharmaceutical services parts of the business. Unfortunately I couldn't get to the AGM earlier this year, if I had gone, I had lots of questions about that. If they end up making the transition completely, I wonder if they are contemplating selling the future royalty streams from the current co-development portfolio? I suspect there would be plenty of potential buyers. |
