I'm keeping an eye on the MCAP. It was around £4.4M before the consolidation and issue of additional shares due to conversions. At the moment it's sitting at £4.5M. It will be interesting to see where it goes from here. Did the consolidation do any good?

The lowest this scam has ever been was .09p or 9p after the sleight of hand consolidation in today's money.
So basically Palumbo after taking charge in 2019 has now got to treble the price just to get back to the worst it ever was before he took over .

We,re lucky to have such talent any wonder he reminds shareholders occasionally that he would be better paid elsewhere.

I thought the 33.6M new shares were supposed to be admitted to the stock market today 29th, but I can see no evidence of that happening.

There has been a consolidation to streamline the numbers of shares in issue from trillions to 187m plus (I think) through consolidation.

100 shares pre 19 November 2023 now consolidated into 1 share.

Opening Share price on the 20 November adjusted to reflect the consolidation. Hence from fraction of 1p to 3p mid price as stated.

Your investment is a paper loss at the moment.

As the company is going through business strategic change by licensing its technology and let other investors finance projects, plants capital expenditures burden, risks and outlay no longer weigh the company down.

The main issue is will the company generate enough revenue to fund working capital without further dilution.

Time will tell! Be ready to average down, if it turns the corners through positive news.
