Another 25 million dump this morning to balance the buys.
We have seen all this before ...

Altair now have 2.6 billion shares currently available to dump before they are issued with even more.

20/11/23. Altair has an existing holding of 1,498,598,131 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 13% of the Company's issued share capital.

Settlement of existing debt facilities with Altair Group Investment Limited

Altair currently has outstanding principal and interest of GBP903,632 owed to it by the Company, and has agreed to settle its existing loans balances in shares.

In addition to the GBP150,000 advance of Altair under the New Funding Facilities noted above, the Company and Altair has entered into an agreement (the "Altair Settlement Agreement") to settle the outstanding amount due under the Altair Facility. The principal terms of the Altair Settlement Agreement are as follows:

-- the outstanding balance under the Altair Facility of GBP 903,632 is to be settled by the issue of new Ordinary Shares with a value (as calculated below) of GBP1,250,000 which is a 1.25 multiple of the outstanding balance (the "Altair Redemption Sum");

-- 50% of the Altair Redemption Sum (together with Altair's First Tranche Fee Shares) will be settled by 24 November 2023 by the issue of 1,088,156,892 Ordinary Shares, issued at the Reference Price of 0.05252 pence (the "Altair Settlement Shares");

-- the remaining 50% of the Altair Redemption Sum will be settled on the earlier of:
o Altair electing to convert the balance into Ordinary Shares at a price equal to the Reference Price at the time of delivery of a conversion notice; or

o on 19 November 2024, by the automatic conversion of the outstanding balance into Ordinary Shares at the Reference Price on that date;

-- the settlement of the remaining 50% of the Altair Redemption Sum by the issue of the Altair Settlement Shares is subject to Shareholders passing resolutions to provide the Company with authority to issue such shares, which will be sought at the EGM; and

-- upon full settlement of the Altair Redemption Sum, the Company will be released from all liabilities and obligations pursuant to the Altair Facility.

Bulk selling here to coincide with RNS's each day, 27, 28, 29/11 and liquidity.

Monday. a 30 million sale.
Yesterday. a 50 million sale.
Today. 2 x 50 million and one 75 million sale.
Haven't we seen this playbook used a number of times before before the share price dropped?
The common factor would be DP/Altair collaboration with Altair dumping ahead of new share issues.

Have these announcements each day this week all been held back from earlier to facilitate Altair dumping into liquidity?

My reaction exactly Skinny, no doubt a couple of executive trips will have wiped out the margin on this prospect already. A pretty small plant, presumably Hawaii looking for grant funding. Was Hawaii confidence in the many hours of commercial operation at all based on Italy MDC, and what confidence have they obtained from the North Fork debacle!!

I got one of those emails too, a notice saying a 100-1 share consolidation WILL happen on 19 Dec, with a footnote that it is subject to EGM on 18th. Does it matter? What if you have 159 shares now do you get one or two. And yes vatnabrekk I wonder if it will just make room for the share price to plunge again.

One hundred times nothing is still nothing.

What's the betting that the overall MCAP goes down upon consolidation? I've seen that happen lots of times, rarely does it add value to the business in my view.

Share consolidation. Just received this from Jarvis"We are writing to advise that the Company EQTEC PLC ORD EUR0.001 (CDI) has recently announced a Corporate Action. The result will be that your existing holding will be removed and replaced by 1 share in EQTEC PLC EUR0.01 for every 100 shares of EQTEC PLC ORD EUR0.001 (CDI), this is expected to happen on 19 Dec 2023....."

I lost a 6 figure sum here as well but sold out months ago as I said at the time.
With the proceeds I increased my investment in Shanta Gold (SHG) which is a 100,000+ oz pa gold miner with net debt zero and low costs and which is now taking off with the other miners and with gold at $2000+.
I expect SHG will double long before EQT which has a dark cloud hanging over it ....

Better not to suffer these painful losses but at least I'm on the way to recovery.

Sorry to hear off your losses Damian , I,m down well into 5 figures.
Only ones in profit here are Palumbo the BOD and off course Altair and other loansharks .

We could all have been so much better off if Palumbo and Altair had come clean at the start and said give us £5m now or we,ll extract it from yous over 4 years and f..k the company up in the process .
