Zero trust in these lifestyle chancers now , no interest with new investors to bump the price up .
Only stale bulls holding on and the BOD hoping for a white knight/strategic investor to save the day and keep the lifestyle going a bit longer

let's be honest, they haven't done 1 thing they said they would do, well nothing that actually brings in revenue. We haven't had a chance really, just Italy alone, nothing, no refinance news, it was supposed to be the catalyst to greater things. Gross negligence.

4 directors have now purchased shares here spending on average £6,000 each which is peanuts compared to the salaries they continue to take out of the company every month.

The announcements have been spread over 2 weeks to try to boost the share price and make it seem as though there is more going on than the actual. DP engineered smoke and mirrors as always with this company.

This concerted buying by directors has had zero effect on the share price because investors have become tired of these tricks by DP when what is needed is cash coming into the company to forestall closure or a strategic investor trade sale give away at these prices.

Needing a rescue in the short term?
A critical time for EQT is the coming months of loan repayments, interest, salaries, overheads, legal expenses for capital recoveries against income with their auditor's 'going concern' review with the FY accounts coming next year. Imv they are unlikely to pass this test without some sort of strategic investment into the company to satisfy the auditor which they know is a likely issue but can't say!
Talk of 2024, 25, 26, 32 is to boost confidence.

DP's analysis of the reasons for the fall in the share price is completely bogus. It's not just Billingham and Deeside. It's the whole saga of 'gung ho' spending and mismanagement over the past several years.

What is going on at the Italia MDC is unclear as always. Never any proper explanation.

At least JVL speaks coherently. DP just talks in riddles designed to confuscate pretty much like every RNS from the company with regards to commercials.

Agree there were elements that were reassuring. However note the loose warning that any strategic investor coming on board at this stage will be at current market valuation. Be prepared for a lot of the business to be effectively given away to ensure a going concern in my opinion.

Obviously, but then you already know that. Running for the exit is selling out as they've decided to divest their entire position. They're selling stock to pay the loan that they provided.

when we needed positive news the last few months, all we got was more BS and kicked when we were down. This lot have totally messed up.
