Italia MDC.
Why have no details been released about production metrics for the Italia MDC to date?
How much electricity/month? How much biochar/month?
What profit/loss? Down time for the plant?
What are the reasons for the performance being sub par since start up?
Who is responsible?
What improvements does the Italian Bank require before authorizing this loan of EU2.9 million?

How much of this loan to the Italian SPV is then to be paid to Eqtec for refi? If any?

How much are the improvements costing?
What capex is involved?
What levels of operational efficiencies are required ie from what to what?

What are the implications for the California plant in build, the Larissa plant in Greece and costs/financing for the Croatian MDC?

Given the problems, why have no details about operations from start up to now been disclosed?

They may not be very good at running the business, but they are good at irony. To be fair lots of others have the same BS in their RNS's right up until they go bust:

Yip, another sucker here for the BS.....I think we are many. Trying to run before they could walk is an apt analogy but this is all schoolboy stuff in business, particularly a new business finding its feet (back to analogy again I'm afraid). I hold no shares and lost £000's. I won't get back in until:- Technology proven to work along with the benefits of said technology - do people / companies actually want the tech?- Company becomes cash positive from revenue after expenses - jam tomorrow has proven to be my mistake on this share.I can wait and don't mind at all buying in at much higher share price when the company can be seen as being sustainable through good management, revenue streams, expansion / new sites / improved tech etc.This lot need to read a "Business Management - Idiot's Guide" as errors made to date are simply basic stuff.Good luck all, I hope this company can turn it around.

PHE down another 16% today.
Mkt cap:
PHE: £11.5 million
EQT: £6.3 million

PHE raised £1 million at .50p just a couple of months ago but now the share price is .255p. So -50%.

The market for capital raises for both companies is about closed due to unacceptable dilution at these sp's to raise very little. This is supposing a lender would open their cheque book which is doubtful.
Buyers beware .....
