I posted last week that;
"There are no panic sellers. It's forward selling by the CULN holder. Then, guess what - they'll be covering their sale in the near future at 0.6. It's not rocket science".
Now we're just about there, I'm seriously considering taking a substantial position. What's the consensus view - will this company finally do what it's told its investors it will do? Or will it All unravel? I'm normally quite decisive in situations like this but, unfortunately there's history here and I just can't decide. I had thought the new board would dramatically change the modus operandi but, that CULN deal - how stupid could they have been......?

I'd say so, seen a couple of rush of sales of blocks of 1 million.

Lowest offer again 0.65p online

Has any forward selling even been done yet? Wouldn't we have heard of a CLN conversion by now?

A lot of us have been emailing the company. Maddenand and Northlands needs to go totally irresponsible move by the management agreeing this kind of funding. Pressure is being put on to cancel the cln.

Not quite, my wish is to sell at 0.8p bid again, the buying wish has been granted but some have got in cheaper than me this time at 0.65p offer.. I paid 0.7p

Yet again the opportunity to buy 0.7p or lower and sell above 0.8p happened today
and then it drops far enough to allow you to buy 0.7p again. Will it get above 0.8p
this week yet again for another good trade ??

There seems to be a reasonable medium/long-term business at the heart of EQT... the question is whether shareholders will ever see any of it, or will these sorts of shareholder-shafting deals rob them of the company?

aim is volatile at the best of time and in the current market even more volatile, huge sentiment shift for the company here but as some have seen over the years sentiment can change very quickly on AIM, we need the company to realise the mistake they have made here and announce a cancellation of this CLN, their bank balance looks better now. This cancellation followed by more contract news should be enough to return sentiment and a level of trust to the company. I have no doubt in my mind that the last of the old BOD need to leave, Madden has done nothing positive here and i would imagine is behind this bad deal we have received. The rest of the BOD appointments look good and the company was looking solid on the back of the RTO of eqtec iberia. The value is in the new company not the old one that was here, this is eqtec iberia now EQTEC IBERIA The company has designed or built more than 70 power plants, with capacities ranging from 60 kWe to 40,000 kWe. it has proven tech with patents with over 70,000 operational hours, this is the company which is now listed in eqtec, focus here is new not old. So i would like to see the last of the old BOD leave and then new guys that have come on board to drive the company Luis Sanchez, Chief Executive Officer,Ian Pearson, Non-Executive Chairman,£scar Leiva, Non-Executive Director and tom quigley. The biomass energy market is hotting up and we are in a position with proven tech to take advantage of this both in the uk and ireland and mainland europe. Working partners are all big hitters in this space and we have EPC partners in place too. All we need to do is now get something confirmed and the first project rolling and get some of our pre construction revenues in.

Let's hope they give us an update next week, a lot of good people got screwed over large sums of money on this one! We are due some good fortune for the people like me that have been in this since before Christmas :(

Was another trade late on though. 0.70-0.72p offer then went to 0.8p bid, these are good % profits

Same at 0.75p, seems one holder panic sold around 5 mil but the mm's are not prepaed to offer until 0.8p shows again

edit can buy at 0.74p
