This is not a pump and dump, this has fallen too far and is now correcting itself. If I were you I would get in at these low levels if you want to make a shilling or two.

Well over done this fall, plenty of upside. To much being worked on to fail to find funding.

Troutsout very interesting posts have been trying to work all this out.

I am hoping the loan is going to come in from Torros sooner rather than later and Ebioss will use that to fund the projects. Ebioss own half of Eqt. Torros will own half of Ebioss so where is the value here. The tech. Are they trying to get the Tech on the cheap?

Undertaker,
I don't think it was mis-sold, they would have been very clear, but BoD's don't think about the consequences.
They can see the benefits to the Company on a CLN/CULN the costs are paid by the market (see above post about the costs of the placing). Sometimes Companies think they are doing shareholders a favour allowing them to participate.
There is no nice way for a Company to raise funds in the equity market unfortunately.

interesting Trout...so if potentially they were 'mis-sold' the CLN they have very good grounds for cancelling it...hence as you say the break-down in talks.

Let's hope that this is the case and the CLN lender get's screwed to high heaven with that open short position!

Thanks for the response rossannan and troutisout.

I owned these once and then sold soon after they raised £1.6m at a very deeply discounted 0.65p and it was only around £600k-700k net for the company?

I couldn't get my head around a million instantly gone in expenses just for a 600-700k net raise, then the CLN thing came after!

I hope anyone holding these shares that it all eventually comes good, but can't say I'm a huge fan of this company after the last couple of months updates.

Undertaker, who said they short before? Although I do wonder, they are able to short as soon as the news is released and it still has the desired effect, reduces the share price from which the conversion of their loan is worked out.

You will probably find the talks between the Company and the lender have broken down and the lender is now sitting on a large short position trying to get paid out at these levels and the Company saying 'No'. if the company are able to pay back the loan then there will be fun in the markets as the lender will not be able to cover in the market..the share price will shift up too quickly. I suspect the Company know this and feel in the driving seat somewhat.
