28/2/2018 20:20 | Ouch! Those who have been here for ages know about their habit of releasing after hours horror stories, but that is as late as you can get, surely.... Gerry Madden back up to his tricks again. I am sitting in TERN which is halfway through it's own CULN programme and it hasn't been pretty. The problem here since Kedco days has been each different financing wheeze has ended up diluting shareholders horribly, then we have had a CVA and then later an examinership where we got diluted out and those owed money had to accept debt for equity and that equity got subsequently diluted again. I really thought the Chinese were going to be able to bring some funding to the table and Eqtec originally had put up some European banks to invest in Newry (that never happened). To be resorting to a CULN holder is a really poor way of financing the Company, the shareholders take all of the brunt of it (they will have to buy up the shares in the market as the CULN sells the share price down and increases the amount of shares they can convert each time. Well we can see what a leaky ship it has been, looks like some in the know were exiting... | troutisout | |
