Looking at Companies House, Monecor (London) Ltd descibes itself as a Company that provides execution only CfDs, spreadbets and binary options....

Why would a spreadbet company be taking such a large slice of the Company???

We plan to implement in the UK the Framework Agreement signed between EBIOSS and the state owned China Energy Engineering Group a Global Fortune 500 company with Revenues in excess of $33 billion. Nope for argument sakes placees could have forward sold the stake. But 95% of the placing was taken by 2 cornerstone investors who are here for the long term and they will be looking for double figures here as a minimum.
