Unfortunately in Ukraine whoever pays the most wins the case. Hopefully the constitution court will put this to bed one way or another but they are also full of corrupt judges looking after their own interests as shown in their recent judgements. Easy money to be made in the judiciary.The odds are the license in question was acquired by paying someone off, you don't get your hands on licenses any other way. I'm from those neck of the woods and still follow anti corruption developments. |

a good rise yes but to comegood again, i can't see this. I, like many past holders from 2007 had an opportunity of cashing in at £3, yes THREE QUID!! that was when Shell wanted to get into rpt & Ukraine. I sold rpt in Jan at 28p, having bought at a 54p average. i took a loss but clawed it back.I can't envisage any western conglomerate wanting to venture into Ukraine. Corruption is rife and the rule of law doesn't exist. If someone thinks that enwell will reach the highs of a £1, of like them to say why. |
