I can get 20,000 at full ask......
Thing is this was always going to happen once people recognise the massive undervaluation here, especially at these suppressed levels. The MM's are not charity workers... I think 30p plus next week or so and 50p plus for christmas, and its about bloody time. |
Well you can't, there's nothing available... |
Yep stock is very very tight. Buy when you can. |
Cant't buy any - no stock available |
100 share limit.. it's about to blow. |
L2 stacked up today |
Like where? |
Gas prices up another 2 percent today. Surely this starts firing up soon, valued for cash and will be raking it in now. The current drill should add another 500 boepd to output. |
Well another dollar on them today... this breaks higher soon for sure. |
Gregpeck7 The only thing holding this back is gas and oil prices. I agree with half of the output RPT had been lot lot higher on prices. Fingers crossed. Lockdowns in winter should mean higher gas demand as we all want to keep warm. |
Gas prices higher again today |
Just look how much enw went up on limited volume. The stock is so tightly held. If even a spec of the herd arrives this will fly like you would not believe. I think this will be 40p before you know it and 50p for Christmas. It's an absolute steal here, and gas prices continue to firm. You are basically buying this for cash at present which is crazy when they are likely to be pushing 6,000 boepd soon and it looks like they will increase their exploration activities with the court settlement behind them. |
Yes this is way too cheap |
thats a very decent update this morning, no covid impact on operations, cash £43m mcap £50m |
Lets hope it will be ENW's turn soon |
there will always be an obstacle to dampen this business. i'm not one for ramping but anyone that looked into PANR and/or ZOETIC would have recouped losses and more n the last 3 weeks |
Legal tennis? Is it 15 all, or advantage Novinskiy? |
Odd, not owed! D'oh... |
What I thought was owed is that the RNS doesn't begin with "....is pleased to announce" which usually starts a good news RNS.Does anyone happen to know if there is a possibility of further appeal to an even higher court by their adversaries? |
The announcement "A hearing of this appeal was held yesterday afternoon, and the Appellate Administrative Court ruled in favour of Arkona, overturning the earlier decision of the First Instance Court. The full decision and written judgement have not yet been delivered by the Court and will follow in due course, and if appropriate, a further announcement will be made." appears positive but the share price has hardly moved. I am surprised. |
Yes still here Soggy, still waiting, watching, and have been for many years. So basically this matter seems to have been sorted out, pending the written judgement.
What I couldn't understand was how could ENW acquire a company without making sure that the licences are clearly valid!!
Lets hope that the share price will start moving back up again, as the have been falling for a while. |

Enwell Energy plc (AIM: ENW), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and production group, provides an update on the Ukrainian legal proceedings relating to the Svystunivsko-Chervonolutskyi exploration licence (the "Licence") in Ukraine, which is held by LLC Arkona Gas-Energy ("Arkona"), which was acquired by Enwell in March 2020 (see announcement dated 24 March 2020) .
As announced on 3 July 2020, NJSC Ukrnafta, as claimant, has brought legal proceedings against Arkona, as defendant, in which NJSC Ukrnafta has made claims asserting that irregular procedures were followed in the grant of the Licence to Arkona in May 2017. NJSC Ukrnafta was the holder of a previous licence over this area which expired prior to the grant of the Licence. Arkona disputes these claims.
In early July 2020, the First Instance Court in Ukraine announced a ruling in favour of NJSC Ukrnafta, and subsequently delivered its full decision and written judgement, which determined that the grant of the Licence was irregular, and accordingly, the Licence would be invalid. However, in early August 2020, Arkona filed an appeal of this decision in the Appellate Administrative Court in Kyiv, and pending the hearing of this appeal, the Licence remained valid.
A hearing of this appeal was held yesterday afternoon, and the Appellate Administrative Court ruled in favour of Arkona, overturning the earlier decision of the First Instance Court. The full decision and written judgement have not yet been delivered by the Court and will follow in due course, and if appropriate, a further announcement will be made. |
all nice but it means nothing. this share will remain depressed until an oligarch battle looms. |
Gas swings upwards 6% from the London close today
The market will soon observe that CME Henry Hub futures show gas price futures 3.3 to 3.4 for winter.
Heads UP.
A second break of 18.25p confirms a breakout of a 23 month downtrend with the TA line drawn starting right at the top of the intraday high in the 60's, touching each lesser high.
The initial break through last week was your get ready signal. |
