Well that’s news |
Back up again |
You wonder whose buying, at this stage! Legacy.holding already.jad the divi etc. |
When the company is under attack from the Ukrainian state apparatus, it seems notably unwise to leave so much cash in local currency. They should stop drilling new wells and workovers apart, concentrate on running the business for cash, kept in the plc a/c in London. |
Tower Resources (TRP) is the Stock to be in |
Lol this share...OK...what now!" |
Ukraine would have accepted a peace treaty if it wasn't for the US a million dead later the US has abandoned mission just hope Ukraine sees sense |
I have always wanted the Russians to win ever since the day Ukraine rudely refused to surrender to them. |
Russia has already won the world's walked away from Ukraine zelensky acting is all that's left |
This seems like a screaming buy considering Russia are going to win against Ukraine. |
I bought 15000 shares today, used to hold Regal Petroleum as well. What Goes Around...Comes Around ! On Ukrainian war, Russian will not lose as west support begin to wane.there will be a compromise in 2024. |
First impression is this is a cash cow. $33m cash balance in June to $79m in December. And this was while under attack by Russia and Ukraine!
Looks like most of the cash balance is basically worthless Hryvnia. Still $20m in USD, GBP, EUR.
If they win their fight against the Ukrainian authorities, and Ukraine hold their ground against Russia's invasion, these look ridiculously cheap. Could lose 100% if Ukraine steals their assets. Could gain 500% if they don't. |
Well done all holders this raly and the previous divi. Well it's now better than the spike...Still enough money in the company to give away more divis to cover share price Even if company was forced closed tomorrow. |
Where are the updates or signs of meaningful activity to protect the interests of shareholders ? |
Why do they keep drilling wells, when title is so uncertain ?
They also need to keep the cash in Western currency, outside of Ukraine. The writing appears to be on the wall... |
Looks like good news on all fronts.Should relist in early next year? |
There's your answer. Dude |
Management gone missing...how about governance, operational and strategy updates ? |
2 RNS out today with Smart Energy disposing 16.53% each to Maria Sokratous and Charoula Sofokleous respectively both in Cyprus. Smart Energy had 83% of ENW's share capital before today's announcement. Disposal of 33% plus float of 13% still makes less than 51% to make the ownership issue with the Ukrainian Government go away. |
Obviously not |
Why has this gone up by 26% today? I know special dividend announced of 15p. Why would people buy this at 30p with a 15p dividend as it will be delisted until it has found auditors? I hope it will return to these levels post audit and re-listing. Am I missing something? |
Officer Digby - it doesn't work like that. You own shares in the holding company, registered outside Ukraine. The only action the Ukrainians can take is against the operating subsidiaries in Ukraine. So the minority foreign shareholders just end up being caught in the legal crossfire - "collateral damage". As for "playing politics", the charges levelled against Novinsky are deadly serious for a country at war. IMO, the Ukrainian authorities' actions are entirely reasonable and more than justified. IMO, the only way Novinsky gets to keep the Ukrainian assets is if the Russians win the war, the traitor Medvedchuk is appointed the head of a quisling pro-Russian government, and Novinsky returns to favour. And, fortunately, there's very little chance of that happening! |
Depends cheap or over priced of they get the sales receipts or not.Whay didn't Ukraineys just take his 80% and let's the other shareholders be?Answer they want it all. Not general Ukraineys just competing interests playing the politics IMO |
15p is better than nothing. Remember, once the new auditors are sorted and accounts logged then there is no reason for these to return to share price of around 20p until War is finished. |
