-108million lower than H1/21...
So second half growth whilst welcome is an easier target..
sad, but not sure anything right now will cheer Entain...

1100 values ent at 6.5bn..if they lost 50percent UK online and added in US losses .. Wipes out 150/200mmilion online.ebitda . 700m Ebitda values 1100p.by my reckoning.. .might be wrong of course but less chance of breaking rules 1 and 2..

The question you should ask is - does the share price reflect the health of the business?.If the share price is too high for the business performance- sell your shares.If the share price is too low for the business performance you buy shares.Simple (apart from all the complex stuff like regulation/recession/social trends etc etc).

Exactly- you give LONG TERM - shareholder value by running and growing the business properly, not by borrowing cash to pay dividends or looking at short term marketing fluff to promote what you are doing.Some people here don't have a clue how to actually run a business.Long term the share price will reflect the business, short term an share price is subject to many outside influences like the recession that I think is coming.Getting ready for another top up - looking to long term.CM

MGM Resorts owns and operates the Mandalay Bay Hotel where the massacre happened. Wh, We can't help the state of the markets at the moment. The boss is doing a good job imho. Business is profitable and growing strongly.Reinvesting in business growth being prioritised over paying divi and buybacks for the moment.

Destruction of wealth is not CEO related.. Its the nature of capitalism.. 1100 may or may not be a bottom but IMO represents an opportunity.. whether Entain get there is looking more likely as odds of recession increasing..
