Mgm paying 44% premium for it.

Entain already had its own brand operating in Canada before their most recent acquisition of Avid gaming/Sports interaction.

LeoVegas also reached an agreement with Caesars Entertainment to launch its online casino product in the state of New Jersey in the first half of 2022, a deal that will mark its entrance into the wider US market. The operator is also planning to move into Ontario, once the Canadian province’s igaming market opens on 4 April. It is already active in Canada, which accounted for 13% of group revenue in January 2022.

I wonder if that’s a bit of payback for Entain’s Canadian acquisition as 13% of Leovegas revenues are from Canada. I don’t think Leovegas owns any of its own tech, it uses Kambi.

If you research Sports Rev v (i gaming Rev) you get interesting numbers..

These are for March 2022 in thousand $
NJ 66 (141) + i gaming larger BY A FACTOR OF 2.13 TIMES
PENN 31 (123) +BY A FACTOR OF 3.97 TIMES
MI 31 (132) + BY A FACTOR 4.25 TIMES

Overall igaming by a factor of c.3.1 times higher Revenues than Sports on States numbers.

Its not as simple to say tax revenues from igaming are higher by the same factor, but they are considerably higher...

If New York ; Illinois;Arizona and Virginia were to take up igaming based on Jan/February 2022 Sports Revenue and above factor of 3.1 times...

Igaming for whatever month that was in the future would be

c 1 billion Dollars..in 30/31 days....just an additional 4 States..that is about 3/4 of the total US sports market as is now..

are going to be part of the next biggest one for decades.

Amazon lost money in the latest quarter, time for them to
look at other revenue streams if JB is to keep in the
game compared to EM, could do worse than buying ent and
go for it with mgm. EM only took twelve days to buy twitter.

3%, got to be a big positive open in the morning, if not thw
share price is being kept down by London for a bid to appear.
Maybe so before the betmgm May meeting, EM only took twelve days

Based on NJ.. NY iGaming should clear $200m revenue a month.. Assuming 25 percent tax.. NY ig Market could produce $700m Ebitda annually.. 25percent share for BetMGM. Would not be far short of total UK iGaming market for Ent.. Shows how iGaming US will transform SP
