14/6/2021 12:26 | What makes you think that there will be placing. Currently finances are well managed and there is any be any need for that. The same rumor was started when TLW refinanced and that never materialized. I am sure ENQ will go the same way. | berber1
14/6/2021 09:07 | Thanks laser. | steelwatch
14/6/2021 07:48 | petronordic arrival midday | laserdisc
13/6/2021 22:47 | Yes. I held off buying for a couple of months for that. In that couple of months they probably cleared £80 million. Now in as it could motor and not retrace until it is a lot higher. | bomfin
13/6/2021 21:00 | ammuthats one of the problems, oil looks more than a little toppy to me here, but good luck | stansmith3
13/6/2021 20:08 | Reckon placing will be around 16-18p... the higher the better for holders!!Defo will be 50m max | ammu12
13/6/2021 20:07 | Hi Stan enq is a decent buy after placing as long as Brent stays above 60...If goes sub 60 it's now simple... | ammu12
12/6/2021 20:15 | Thanks Stan, I do hope my hunch that this is going higher is correct. If anything this one was in bigger trouble than pmo at one stage. The CEO, attacked the problem totally and played an absolute blinder to get Enquest off life support. He possibly takes some of the blame for it being there in the first place by expensive developments of decent sized reserves. These developments have given work to thousands though and made profits for many other smaller firms. It would be good to hear from those in the know or a little in the know as to how well the 4 new wells at GEAD are performing. I think there were available slots so they did not have to reuse an existing well slot. It`s possible these wells were specifically designed as infill wells with bigger horizontal sections through the reservoir. If so production figures could be up there with the initial 2 wells on Golden Eagle back in 2014 which were said to have been brought on at 18,000 bopd combined. Possible Golden Eagle could be up near 15,000 bopd net to the interest ENQ are buying at present but this is a guesstimate based on 4 successful strong producing new wells. | bomfin
12/6/2021 17:41 | On rerating. We could be looking at a cup and handle chart without the handle. The handle could be the rerating and could come soon if that is a possible chartists interpretation ? Any chartists here ? | bomfin
12/6/2021 17:38 | I agree with you Stansmith3. Enquest could easily have gone the way of PMO. That was then though and this is now. I was even on this board agreeing with you up until February this year or so. For me it was on the swing about then. Swinging from the in danger zone to the interesting zone. It moved into the possible investment zone about March April. I made my first buy of 8 buys mid May and will be adding on weakness until there is a rerating. A rerating could happen anytime but not later than end of this year. imho | bomfin
12/6/2021 13:50 | ammu12you would think that, enquests execution has been excellenton the down side kraken has been pumping flat out in a low (new normal?) price environment and it wont be long before depletion is mentionedalso they paid handsomely to bolster productionwhat happened at pmo - which many predicted was a possible outcome - could have quite easily happened hereits convenient for onedb to ignore that and why he still posts here, he was exposed everywhere else | stansmith3
12/6/2021 13:26 | Once the placing gets sorted this will rise | ammu12
12/6/2021 11:45 | onedb2016brent 55, enq 50p2021brent 72, enq 20pdo you see the problem with your methodology yet?do you see why there is a bigger picture?can you see how this company is actually being funded? | stansmith3
11/6/2021 17:32 | I may have been rather harsh in my morning view. The potential cash flow (partly hedged ie guaranteed) should be enough to pay down the balance of the debt by the repayment date of the bonds. This is a riskier way of doing things than most companies would choose, but needs must perhaps. $15/bbl operating expense is a much touted number, but I think more useful is the quoted $32/bbl 'free cash flow break even'. To me that says at $65/bbl selling price, 50,000boepd you generate $600m surplus in 2 years. Transformational. As I have previously suggested the funding agreement has been positive for the bonds. | grahamg8
11/6/2021 16:28 | From my post on the 8th "Strange price action once again . Brent cash touching $72 yet Enq falls back in the usual day end trades. Might bank my shares if not over 20 soon . Summer doldrums" Is it listening to me ? Get this nicely over 20 by day close please | onedb1
11/6/2021 13:37 | At current exchange. A little short of £35 million. | bomfin
11/6/2021 13:21 | Yeah this will rise after the oo.Approx 50m placing coming | ammu12
11/6/2021 13:17 | OK. Sorry. Presentation said. - Anticipate raising up to $50 million of equity through a placing and open offer Perhaps reading too much into it to think use of up to means the $50 million placing is a maximum figure. | bomfin
11/6/2021 10:02 | By memory, There is a line in one of the GEAD buy presentations saying $50 million equity raise is the maximum being considered. I will fish it out when I have more time. | bomfin
11/6/2021 09:23 | All looks pretty good to me, no indication of the rates they are paying but I would guess 5-7% certainly a lot less than the 13% the retail bonds were yielding last week but have been rallying strongly, last chance for harbour energy to launch a cheeky bid .... | catsick
11/6/2021 09:15 | That's not entirely true as they have added another $150 million signed a new senior secured borrowing base debt facility (the 'new facility') of approximately $600 million and an additional amount of $150 million for letters of credit for up to seven years. The new facility will enable the Group to simplify its existing capital structure and finance the acquisition of a 26.69% interest in the Golden Eagle assets. | terminator101
11/6/2021 08:44 | You understand that the new facility replaces old lending rather than adds on top of it. | heialex1 |
