03/6/2021 09:45 | Reckon 28p achievable by end of June as long as Brent above 70 | ammu12
03/6/2021 07:54 | The GEAD DEAL was announced 4th Feb. Most likely negotiated before when oil prices were significantly lower. On Feb 4th there was no guarantee of 4 months of strong oil prices to follow. | bomfin
03/6/2021 06:12 | Brent almost 72 now.... | ammu12

02/6/2021 22:03 | A deal is a deal, but how the deal is financed is not necessarily part of the deal from the seller's point of view. As long as they get the cash when they hand over the asset, they don't care. I accept that the equity raise might be part of the financing from the lender's point of view, especially as relates to the re-financing, but the oil price and increased revenue will put ENQ in a stronger position. So yes, the equity raise will probably happen, but I would suggest that the $50m that was being raised has come in from the higher oil price, so anything is possible. | heialex1
02/6/2021 21:11 | Funny how I just post after a while and the village i8iot posts right after lol . Must be tough to live in scotland. Pretty clear that the place is so boring all this chap does is post nonsense on a bb. lol . At least i run real money and place real levels. Happy to so Brent do so well and wish to point out the time spreads on the curve looking very good for oil bulls. I am long all across the ETFs of the sector. And a few of these small caps. Well known I guess | onedb1
02/6/2021 19:39 | 40p/share is possible by 1/10/21. My own target is 50p by end of year. Adding on weakness. | bomfin
02/6/2021 19:38 | Well, We don`t need $80 or $75 for the share price to rerate. $71 is absolutely fine and so is $65 and so is $60. If share price continues to go up and down with oil price without recognising that they are banking money every day then that is an opportunity. I won`t complain about weakness. I shall be adding. | bomfin
02/6/2021 19:18 | Maybe 28p at best. 40's after completion of acquisition and refinance. | ammu12
02/6/2021 19:14 | ENQ bonds price has moved up nicely, which is a good sign for the future. However I do not see a serious re-rate here until the refinance and GE deal is done. And that's fully completed not rns of the perspectus! Then I can see a true re-rate begin. Until then we follow POO up and down. Summery - $80 Brent due in the summer months, followed by GE deal to be closed by end September. My target price is 40p share price sometime in October, assuming POO stays above $75+. All the best | ammu9
02/6/2021 18:30 | If I were a chartist it just may be heading towards a cup and handle. If it is then it can move quickly. | bomfin
02/6/2021 16:52 | Man, oh man. Massive blaze at Tehran's 220,000 b/d oil refinery. #oott #Iran | ammu12
02/6/2021 16:17 | Well if its not our shameless position posting blue day bed wetter...Is this another victory - 25 to 16 to 19?Afraid, bomfin and ammu9 are providing better rationale than you ever did.Go back to hiding under your mums bed please. | stansmith3
02/6/2021 15:55 | Oil in splendid form . How long before we retest the year highs ? Surely that is the first target . I did say I wanted 30 for this summer . Still a good way to go but Brent is playing it's part | onedb1
02/6/2021 13:26 | Sudden buying now | ammu12
02/6/2021 10:55 | Sadly the banks will still want it ! They (OO share placment) costs ENQ money , so a nice little earner for the banks.Part of their profit/fees calculation for the deal. I don't see any part of the deal changing. | ammu9
02/6/2021 10:08 | Brent back above 71 | ammu12
02/6/2021 09:55 | Even though they don't need a placing it will be upto the banks and the new RBL terms as to whether they have to do one or not. | lonrho
02/6/2021 08:52 | Also ammu9, You say that a deal is a deal, Well, of course it is. Exactly why Suncor won`t be upping the price. Nor will they be able to demand that Enquest issue shares to pay for it and further why would they ? Your post got 5 likes, lol, lol, lol. Says a lot that does. | bomfin
02/6/2021 08:30 | I don`t think it quite works like that. I think the placing was more about placating Enquest`s lenders. The cash flow should have already done that. We shall see. | bomfin
02/6/2021 08:18 | I think you will find that they have to do the placing.A deal is a deal after all. These deals go down as agreed. Otherwise you would get Suncor wanting to change and up the selling price of Golden Eagle. | ammu9
02/6/2021 05:24 | Re the point about possibly not needing a placing to clear the GEAD deal. I believe cash flow from the GEAD is £15 million ahead of projections for the 27% to be acquired and cash flow from the existing business is £60 million ahead of projections so far this year. The placing was/is to be for a value of around £36 million at current exchange rate. They don't need it but may still do it in my opinion. | bomfin
