10/6/2021 17:38 | On current prices how long will it take to pay off current debt ? Probably not that long . Any fundamentals only investor out there has a view ? | onedb1
10/6/2021 13:58 | Yeah. Good to see ENQ1 finally move from the low 80s where is was stuck for a while. I image the coupon will also be paid in cash next time around rather than PIK.Good point re share price and share issue. Hopefully it gets completed soon and then the price can be released. I always felt a sense of confidence because Amjad had underwritten it himself, but I can't imagine it won't be fully subscribed now. | heialex1
10/6/2021 13:49 | Cheap indeed now Brent cash getting closer to $73 and year to date average much higher than when we hit 25p . standing at $64.1 year (front month) to date vs $59.71 on the 8th of March ( both the ytd front month future values ) Even the year to date is significantly higher. Good news on the additional production coming online should proper this closer to my predicted 30p in summertime. I'd be surprised if we don't go above 20 by end of this week. | onedb1
10/6/2021 07:54 | ENQ and ENQ1 going in opposite directions, presumably because of the impending share issue which is negative for ENQ share price. But a a big positive for ENQ1 with refinancing out of the way redemption should be assured. | grahamg8
09/6/2021 14:57 | Brent 72.77++ | ammu12
09/6/2021 12:58 | Cheap...should be in the 30's | ammu12
09/6/2021 12:52 | Bought some more couldn’t resist it... | imnotspartacus
09/6/2021 12:50 | All my oilies a little down/ static or ENQ which is just a little bit up.ENQ may be detached from POO but at the moment, given it is at 72.60,surprised that the whole sector seems fairly flat. | tup2
09/6/2021 12:19 | Holding and adding on weakness. Waiting for the rerating 50P/share possible by end of year. I take on board what lonhro and some others have said about my free cash flow projections being too high. They are right although I think half year results will be exceptional and show that the cost cuts made in the business last year will show up even more this year. | bomfin
09/6/2021 10:25 | 30p post acquisition / equity raise? In what will then be old money... | heialex1
09/6/2021 08:17 | Brent 72.5++++Nice | ammu12
08/6/2021 19:22 | WARNING poster below only pops out when I post. See all previous times . He is some sort of deranged person. Do not engage him as it will just be pointless . People want to discuss stocks and learn from pros whereas this gimp spends its day and years attacking posters . Me his fav ;-) | onedb1
08/6/2021 16:54 | onedbare you feeling ok? you do realise its a red day?i hope that was some of your usual accumulation nonsense - the troops need it -, how long you been banging this drum now, 4 years?you must be well underwater, this time next year rodney | stansmith3
08/6/2021 16:44 | Strange price action once again . Brent cash touching $72 yet Enq falls back in the usual day end trades. Might bank my shares if not over 20 soon . Summer doldrums | onedb1
07/6/2021 14:36 | I think about 1/3rd of this years capex (projected $120 million)is abex which will not produce future profits. | bomfin
07/6/2021 14:32 | Yes. So already largely part of what I had taken off in my cash flow projections. I would also suggest that capex is mainly going towards growing the business and will be taken out of free cash flow but not effect that total before deductions. Yes. The fpso lease will be within those operating costs I reckon and I think they get a bit more with a higher oil price. I still expect Enquest to beat last years figure of $15/barrel production costs because a lot of the more expensive production has been discontinued. | bomfin
07/6/2021 13:47 | The 2020 operating expenses of 15 dollars a barrel totaling about 325 million dollars consisted of production costs and tariff and transportation expenses. The 265 million dollars for 2021 will be made up of the same. It does not include depletion,interest or admin costs. The lease cost for the FPSO will be a large part of the operating cost. | lonrho
07/6/2021 11:31 | lonhro, If you are about ? I have suggested what I think the $265 million operating costs projected for 2021 in the 2020 results presentation are. I would be grateful if you could mention what you think that $265 million figure represents. I can`t see interest and staff costs running to anything like that although they will be substantial. Interested to know what others think. | bomfin
06/6/2021 16:52 | Suncor started talking of selling their share of Golden Eagle last October when the oil price was about $40/barrel. They talked initially about a $400 million valuation. Enquest bought for $325 million and a possible $25 million or $50 million on top dependent on oil price. They have already made off that asset $100 million. With oil prices now at $70/barrel and the chance to hedge forward at excellent prices that asset will be bought for about $200 million at the close and be worth about $500 million imho. | bomfin
06/6/2021 16:48 | Then there is the projected $265 million operating costs which is almost exactly mid of guidance production x prior year production cost/barrel x 365 days or 50,000 x $15 x 365. | bomfin
06/6/2021 16:29 | Well, Yes, it is but it does not have to be. It is an expense in order to grow the business. This years free cash flow is not dependent upon it. So the selling price of the assets throwing off the incredible free cash flow would not be effected by it. | bomfin
06/6/2021 13:45 | and obviously its not paid for with oil revenues:) | stansmith3 |
