28/5/2021 07:35 | For those interested. My research shows that the interest Enquest are buying in GEAD produced 7,800 bopd in 2020. That though mainly before the 4 new production wells. If those wells have been successful we could be looking at a time period (perhaps 6 months of nearly 15,000 bopd net to the newly bought 26.69% of GEAD) | bomfin
28/5/2021 07:28 | The paying for the GEAD buy if and when it completes is interesting. At current exchange rate it has fallen to a cost of £230 million. There is a possible further $50 million (Dollars) in 2 years time if oil prices have remained strong. So far though cash flow from operations from the deal date (1st January 2021) will have reduced what is needed to pay to around £150 million. With oil prices still good that is falling. Enquest`s position is strengthening by the day. Apologies for the noise. | bomfin
28/5/2021 07:19 | Btw. If and when they incorporate the GEAD buy at current oil prices that would drop to 1p/share every 9 days. | bomfin
28/5/2021 07:10 | Free cash flow is money made. Are you now saying they are not making that money every 12 days ? 12 days to make 1p/share. I`ll say it again 12 days to make 1p/share free cash flow (Money made). I notice you did not argue with the figures. That is an improvement for you Stan. You may be getting better. | bomfin
28/5/2021 04:23 | i dont need to dismantle it, you have already done thatyou claimed 1p per share (valuation) now you are saying 1p of free cash flowspot the difference?you have also claimed they are 23p better off since the start of the yearthe share price is 17pthese are the facts, your claims make no sense, no matter how many times you repeat them | stansmith3
27/5/2021 23:29 | At $68/barrel and because of tax credits they will be clearing at least £35/barrel produced( $49) remembering that they cut north sea production costs to $15/barrel last year. The 40,000 bopd announced for north sea production in the first 4 months is enough production to make 1p/share free cash flow every 12 days at current oil price. Personally I think it would be enough at the average Brent price so far for this year. That`s the kind of noise I like. Dismantle it if you can ? Facts not gripe power please. | bomfin
27/5/2021 23:24 | Well Stan. I have been around with 1 user for nearly 20 years. AT $68 a barrel and with 46,000 bopd from North sea then Yes. Enquest can make 1p/share. 1p/share free cash flow is £17 million. Which is in turn 1.4 million/day. I stand by my 12 days to make 1p/share free cash flow. It could be 10 days, It could be 15 days. It will definitely not be more than 20 days at present oil price. | bomfin
27/5/2021 20:48 | I don't care what others think and do. At current share price enquest is undervalued!!Brent 69+ now...Nice | ammu12
27/5/2021 20:37 | exactlybut enquest is worth an additional 1p every 12 days...i dont doubt its going up for one minute, i am just disagreeing with the misguided valuation...same old story, if enq doesnt hit the targets bomfin and ammu9 will just disappear and come back as someone else | stansmith3
27/5/2021 20:29 | It's not just enquest Stan. All oil shares struggling....Buy and hold | ammu12
27/5/2021 20:14 | exactlytoo much noise on hereprice tells allbrent 69, enq 17 | stansmith3
27/5/2021 19:37 | And Brent is 69....Each day decent amount of fcf is generated....FACT!Ig | ammu12
27/5/2021 19:21 | good luck, the share price is lower than it was was 20 days agojust sayin.. ;) | stansmith3
27/5/2021 19:16 | 12 days if at top of production guidance 20 days at bottom of production guidance | bomfin
27/5/2021 19:12 | Loving it. My money is where my mouth is. 6 buys so far. 12 days is possible but optimistic. I admit that. Certainly within 20 days | bomfin
27/5/2021 18:18 | the point was bomfin is ignoring debtenterprise value is the quickest way to include debt and other itemsthe situation bomfin refers to has existed for years, saying enqs value increases by 1p every 12 days is patently ridiculousyou have it up 12p over the next 90 daysyou both think you are right, clearly both of you cant be, never mind what i think | stansmith3
27/5/2021 18:04 | Mmm - Enterprise value Stan ? really ? Not sure that's right either Stanley ! What are you putting in for debt then ? How about NAV, isn't that the true value ? (Net Asset Value) at any point in time. No wait a minute, the lad was right and you are wrong Stan, Market Cap is the true value at any point in time ! Actually there is no right answer, because none of them work all the time. If we used your suggestion of EP, the share price would be over 50p Stan, indeed closer to a £1. The market will value ENQ totally different when the GE deal and refinancing is completed by end qtr3. I see 30p+ then Stan - IMHO | ammu9
27/5/2021 18:04 | been through it all with the legend that is onedb and we all know how that ended, enq is down 60% and he is no where to be seenits fair to say the market doesnt agree with your 1p every 12 days..its your money and you - unlike most - prepared to post your rationale, so good luckim just saying you are wrong to base your calcs on mkt cap and you and anyone else doing so will be disappointed | stansmith3
27/5/2021 17:47 | Fine Stan Please explain that and how it relates to value/ share Tia | bomfin
27/5/2021 17:36 | enterprise value is what you should be usingnot mkt cap | stansmith3
27/5/2021 16:35 | Another blue close lol | ammu12
27/5/2021 16:12 | 1.7 billion shares in issue | bomfin
27/5/2021 12:06 | bomfingiven your comment about the 50million being 3p share, i can now see the issuethat is not how enquest is valued and it may account for your figures appearing optimistic good luck with your investment | stansmith3
27/5/2021 10:51 | Did not think anything different heialex1. Thanks | bomfin
27/5/2021 09:15 | In case it came across in any other way, I was being genuine in thanking you.I agree ENQ is fundamentally under valued (clearly the whole sector is hugely out of favour in general) and believe that at some point it will re-rate considerably as the debt continues to come down | heialex1 |
