I saw your post below last night ref China and I am a little puzzled :-

My understanding is that CNOOC at this time could not allocate any drilling at block 29/11 because at present we have the block, you may remember that there was the possibility that we may drill this block ourselves. CNOOC have 51% back in rights but that does not mean they will drill.

My point being is that just because their drilling programme has not mentioned our blocks does not mean they won't be drilled, and also no drilling decision will be taken until we have the final seismic due this quarter. cheers

Nothing in CNOOC pot for any works at block 29/11 or the Peal River area in 2018
They do have 5 new project planned for 2018.

One a in china,
A development field Dongfong 13-2 in Yinggelia south china sea, one platform, 30 Well's and est 43boe/day

I am not sure where this is in location to the Pearl Rive 29/11 EME have.

This is the latest from EME dated 12 Dec on Duyung:-

" On the back of results from the Mako South-1 well it is expected that the operator will commission an updated independent resource assessment in due course as further data is analysed and comes to hand. In addition, numerous prospects and leads have been identified in the permit using 3D seismic data.

In addition we know from the Indonesian press dated 2 Dec that the government has extended the Duyung PSC exploration period from end 2018 to end 2019 within the licence period of up to 2037.

Brimsley - get that you dont like EME and all. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but do you have to bash the share?The reaction you want is not what you are currently getting and your just coming across as a deramper more than anything

Given up, it's already flowing from lower, if frac improves Flow they will, still has saturated zones above to unlock yet, which unlikely they will need to frac! Enjoy ahoy
