Bishopawn. Dempsey 1Tcf 43p and Alvarez 2.5 Tcf 22p. Surely Alvarez is worth far more than Dempsey. It has also recently been muted that 1Tcf is worth 57p. So Dempsey @ 60p by month end imho.GLA

The one thing I would have thought should have grabbed everyones attention is the emphasis on the pressure of these lower levels though the mud requirements then the higher rated equipment to fit out the well for production. The above report conservatively gives the following values, and that was before Dempsey was drilled!

When added up, it is quite reasonable to see £1 per share.

Saw89 - I agree. Ive already bought loads of SGC (as well as my EME holding) and it must be getting to the point soon that the chance to get in at this share price will disappear. I can see it being 30-40 cents within next 2-3 wks. Good luck!!

I hear people say there is no MM's manipulation. Sorry but that is the stupidest thing anyone can claim, look at the facts.We are betting basically on a company doing well.
We have a middle man known as the MM's who set the price.

....that's your opinion. The MMs set the price taking account of supply & demand, you missed that bit.

This is what people need to understand, they are not your friend or buddy, Most of the time they are just a vessel to empty your pockets of your money.

I also live in Spain ( Malaga) and know the rules.a) Don't declare all your assets is the first bit of advice I would offer b) The next bit of advice is don't take any notice of any advice I offer :-) Blevins Franks or chums are only going to do what gives them commission.....however the conversation was about CEOs and not financial advisers.

I wholly agree. There is nothing wrong with dilution, its the norm with start up and growing companies.
I don't think there will be a placing soon, i know there will be one.
The result of this drill will determine what kind of deal they get. An absolutely dire one that dilutes holders to oblivion, or a good one that can see it being at above the share price

Well i can only speak from my experience over the years, Not many at all would be walking the streets if it were not a fact that the FCA are as usless as most of them.
When i was growing up i was taught, Honesty is the best policy. Not anymore its, Say what you need to say and empty there pockets.

I had a financial adviser around last week. i have a private pension that due so i have to get it transferred from England to Spain were i live. They always want to know what you have. I have a bond that pays us a income. Its run its seven year course a while ago and can now sit there under the same terms as before, but without any time restraints or penalties, i can take any amount i want or even every penny if i would like.
But no, this adviser wants to move it. WHY, Because its whats good for his pocket not his client.

peterpowell if Dempsey is a commercially successful producer the cash should be flowing in to EME coffers within a few months and further operating costs will be covered by this. If cash is needed for a major investment elsewhere then a placing to partially fund it would be a positive move imo.
