So where is the value here for shareholders !!??? Potential legal challenge + costs etc.. So any revenue from Duyung I can't see been of any benifit to the hard working share holders as it will have to be held for debt servicing.. 'wages' .. and this potential legal challenge. I'm not happy. And can not see any shareholder value anytime soon - going on the current information - More DelaysWill TK get an extension on the Block 29/11 licence ? TK an absolute disaster with everything he touches.Fraudulent or incompetent at best. From lack of communications, overhyped RNS, missing transactions, breaches of contract, constant confetti placings it's just one disaster after another. The only assured thing is that Tom gets his salary every month. I'm sure his only worry now is how much longer he can keep this up before any little we finally receive is consumed by salaries, repayments and now potential litigation.Pretty much a total write-off imho.
