02/9/2024 13:33 | I think we'll get the prices after the ministerial approval. There was that interview with one of the Coro spokespeople who said in a video that investors will be able to know the value of the deal once the GSA is signed. I wonder if we will reach 56789 before or after ministerial approval? | odillon
02/9/2024 13:20 | showme012 Sep '24 - 13:03 - 55745 of 55746 0 8 0 Once the GSA pricing is announced, I’m guessing there will be some form of valuation read across? -------------------- Not sure we will know the terms as it says this in the rns... · The terms of the GSA are confidential and are subject to government approval. | lazarus2010
02/9/2024 12:55 | Haven't followed any boards for over a month. Genuinely disappointed with today's realisation that I missed #55555 but I take full responsibility. Good news about the sign off, I shall have to console myself with that I suppose. Love to all, C | cmackay

02/9/2024 08:32 | Odillon2 Sep '24 - 09:13 - 55727 of 55729 0 1 0 Now this is interesting- here is what Sembcorp say;..... Odillon. No disconnect with the figures. The Sembcorp number of "up to 111 billion British thermal units" is the total of the export GSA just announced plus the domestic GSA, which only kicks in if the (very unlikely) pipeline extension to Indonesia is built. Otherwise that gas becomes part of the main export GSA . 76.9 plus "around 35.4". Imo | jemjem

02/9/2024 08:13 | Now this is interesting- here is what Sembcorp say; SEMBCORP SIGNS GAS SALES AGREEMENT TO IMPORT FROM INDONESIA Singapore, September 2, 2024 – Following the announcement on September 12, 2023, Sembcorp Industries (Sembcorp) today announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sembcorp Gas Pte Ltd, has signed a Gas Sales Agreement (GSA) with West Natuna Exploration Limited, Empyrean Energy PLC and Coro Energy Duyung (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (the Sellers), to import up to 111 billion British thermal units per day of piped natural gas (PNG) from the Mako gas fields in Indonesia. So Conrad are saying 76 BTU's per day while Sempcorp say 111 Is it because Conrad are only referring to their share? Conrad have a 76.5% share and 76.5% of 111 is 84.919. So there is still a disconnect between the figures and it may be that the deal is for more BTU's per day than in the Conrad RNS | odillon
