anyway speaking of tips, if you have faith in Duyung, Coro seems like a no brainer!! If we get an rns for the GSA before Christmas it's now in T20 territory for a dabble...it should come in at 3 to 1 from here but might shorten to 2 to 1 nearer Christmas ;-)

The question is dilution, at what price and how they raise the funds

I am sure it will not be pure equity

I've been a bit puzzled as to why it is taking so long to get a GSA signed, then I found this...



which explains a lot with regards the detail and complexity of these agreements.

So from HoA if the rumours are correct, might take another 2-4 weeks to get everybody to sign off on the final version. That would give us a potential signing date of mid to end Dec...unless they all take an early holiday, in which case it could be c. mid January...unless they all go skiing/surfing...so end Jan...unless....
