The funding needs to come quickly. While the share price is high. The previous 29% discount to the prevailing share price when the £5.02 million was announced would mean a 5p placing price currently. But the next placing would be larger, and the second in 6 months, so expect a much lower placing price. Shareholders still clutching at straws. A GSA in Morocco is the latest. Be careful.

Markets been battered today mainly down to Moderna CEO saying the vaccines will be less effective against the Omicron strain. Strange I thought it would take a number if weeks to see how effective vaccines would be and to see just how severe this strain will be. But what do I know

SOU have an RNS out re signing of a binding GSA...no mention of the price, maybe not stated until it becomes final?

Also of note with regards future funding of our 8.5% is the following, imho:

These potential partners have expressed strong interest in participation in the proposed regional infrastructure and asset development via vendor financing, equity participation and alternate lending solutions, in order to build the long-term domestic infrastructure and gas supply in and for Morocco.
