Are the natives getting restless? Fait accompli? Does the desperation for news on funding mean any old tat will be acceptable? There are straws aplenty. If the Chinese are going to drill the well and the Chinese are going to plan the well and the Chinese are going to pay for the well, why is there a need for Empyrean? Be careful.

The tug masters and rig master will deploy when safe to do so and for that matter after they have been released from any other well that they may be working on. The main thing is that the well is drilled optimally and safely and that will be done when it's done.
