The previous CLN had a rate of 10% and the restructured one is £3.3M so its £330,000
per annum, its an error but that should have been picked up before issue, that said its so obvious,

Pre. The loan interest rate is at 10% so 330k per annum ties in. I think that 330k per month should be per annum as per 10%.

The placing which wasn't going to occur has happened. Who would have thunk it? The share price has been falling since the morning of the duster announcement. Why?

"the right by the Lender to redeem the Convertible Note within five business days of the announcement of the results of the Jade well"

Did you know that? Was it announced in the December RNS? The seven amendments make interesting reading. Written in stone and brought down from the mountain by Tommy.

How much is Duyung worth? I don't think the management know:

"planned IPO may present, at the least, a useful benchmark for valuation of the Mako Gas Field"

And ammendment seven:

"The Company will not execute any agreement in respect of a sale of its interest in the Mako Gas Discovery if the proceeds are less than the expected value of the Convertible Note on the date of completion of that agreement"

All just protocol indeed. But with 121,750,000 new shares on the market at 1.5p and an uncertain deadline to be achieved by the company there are an interesting few months ahead. Value of an asset and what someone might pay in a fire sale are far removed.

We have a recovery play on our hands.With the additional shares to hit the market and timing/funding/possible partner issues still ahead of us I cant see this racing away but at least it gives us breathing space .If the shares dip below the placing price I will add to my holding even though I told myself I wouldn't.
