End of the day it’s personal opinion. The stock is coming from somewhere and continues again today and is not overly easing. On the plus, it’s better to get it out or the way now. Like I’ve said it matters not what people think on here, we are all entitled to our own views on our own investments, it doesn’t make one person better than the other. Fingers crossed for oil shows early next week

You have been saying .. the 12p warrant holders were sellers .. and there is no proof 9p holders are selling either .

As I’ve been saying. Don’t not believe some warrant holders have been selling. Cash is king right now, even at minimal profit or minimal loss.

If the recent weakness has been 9p warrant holders forward selling for a penny or so it seems to me a bit daft given the risk/ reward of holding for another coupla weeks ...

swendab1...look in the mirror, you really are 1 bad news poster. There is no way on earth that Pro is going to be able to manipulate the market at EME. There are too many shares in issue and they are not tightly held by a small number of institutional investors, meaning there is plenty of free float.

If you have a gripe with Pro, take it somewhere else, or challenge what he posts, point by point, to call him out.

Empyrean Energy ("Empyrean" or the "Company"), the oil and gas development company with interests in China, Indonesia and the United States, advises that it has received a notice to exercise warrants (exercise price 9p per Warrant) over a total of 850,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Warrant Shares"), for which funds of GBP 76,500 have been received by the Company.

Application will be made for the admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to take place on or around 27 April 2022. The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares on issue.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 666,681,891 ordinary shares of 0.2p each (the "Shares"), each with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

At the very least, the number of 250K blocks is diminishing; MMS was willing to take a block of 250k at a 1.5% premium, and we closed at 11p.

the price has been remarkably stable today, few little drops but then came back and pushed up a little and seems to be in pause mode for now. I guess the excitement from the rns is yesterday's news (literally) and now we're back to normal buyers vs sellers, a bit of a Mexican standoff for now...

If the estimate was 26 days to hit TD and we were at 2150 after 8 days, we have another 18 days to drill maybe 700-800m? Obviously it will get slower and slower the deeper it gets, but the average is now c. 40m per day. At that rate, and probably a bit slower as we approach TD, it could well be 4+ days to drill to TD after the first intersection of oil, so c. day 22...so May 4th for some good news?

26 days to get to Total Depth.

Spud on 10th of April.

Company say "everything is in line with estimates".

So you can expect Total Depth to be reached on or around 8th of May.

However.......that does not preclude the company giving another update before Total Depth. They have LWD, they can at any time in the next 2 to 2.5 weeks give an update saying they have hit something itneresting based on the LWD data, or they may wait until TD is hit before giving an update.

If they want to push the warrants conversion they may well update before TD with a final update at TD ahead of testing operations.

So basically, we can get news anytime next week, or the week after, or the week after that.

Raj - I would not be surprised to see a RNS Friday suggesting they are seeing increased levels of C1 and have now started to see oil shows at Xm depth.

The oil-bearing zone is potentially quite deep.

Time will tell.

If not Friday, then Monday.

"Current operations are the installation of 9-5/8" casing before drilling 8-1/2" hole to the Total Depth ("TD") of 2860 metres MD"Given how quickly they are progressing I'm hoping they should be approaching terminal depth in a few days. Anybody know how how long it takes to put the casing in place?
