22/7/2022 11:08 | Hardly confetti. It shouldn't bother anyone not invested. And those who are invested are aligned with directors who will want to make a success of the business for their own benefit too. What's not to like? It makes hardly any difference in the scheme of things to existing holders, but does help to reassure that directors | apfindley
22/7/2022 09:39 | The current price is 7p and they cannot be vested until 2024 at the earliest. That'll give them an incentive to deliver the project and turn it into a profitable business. When they benefit, we shareholders benefit too. | metaltrack
22/7/2022 09:20 | Holy cow! They have awarded themselves 6m more cheap options at 7p, they hand them out like confetti. | bandflex

19/7/2022 14:41 | Nash perfect summary As for any ESIA.....dream on CEO BOD got this so wrong, well over a year late and no chance soon. Incompetence or lies to pump this 💩? | qsmeily456
19/7/2022 11:10 | CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER'S STATEMENT 31st May 2022 The ESIA approval is the last remaining authorisation step required before construction can begin. In view of the importance of the project to the country, the authorities have been careful to ensure that the needs of the widest possible stakeholder group have been fully taken into consideration. The Company continues to work proactively with all the relevant parties and remains confident that the approval will be forthcoming. | the chairman elect

19/7/2022 10:43 | Agree Joe Say re. NEDS. The other point is that there is a common misconception that Directors have a wad of cash just sat in bank accounts looking for a home......if only ! | sloppyg
19/7/2022 10:40 | Not sure the closed period applies to EISA issuance Cyber as the point is it can land any day or at least notification of the final meeting can. That being said, as you point out, summer shut down is upon us. The one thing I do not get about the EISA is they have informed us the authorities have everything they need and are not requesting anything further at this stage. Surely, on that basis, authorities have do provide an indication of timescales; it cannot be reasonable to have a business just sat there for months/years with no active dialogue as to expected decision timelines on the EISA issuance (one way or the other). When does it become completely unreasonable. Now, Sep, end of year ? | sloppyg
19/7/2022 07:49 | To me, NED's should have a stake in the business they direct, but not material - there's a fine line to tread. Have an interest, but not so great as to potentially influence one's decisisons | joe say
18/7/2022 21:48 | Well I agree that £10k is not an enormous purchase, but still it certainly doesn't do any harm. Remember not all directors are super wealthy, Mr Joy is only a NED, and might have fingers in multiple investment pies, £10k here, £10k there etc.It does suggest though that there won't be any ESIA issuance until Sept or so - usually directors are in a close period approx 2 months before known/likely news. I guess they now assume that there will be no decision while the political classes go for their 6-8 week summer shutdown. No problem for LTHs, although it is starting to get a bit tedious. | cyberbub
18/7/2022 18:36 | Rupert is in the right place to understand how this project is progressing and he wouldn't be buying if it wasn't. Agreed, positive. | puzzler2
18/7/2022 18:18 | Another one that created an imaginary schedule the final permit is in the hands of the government they have never announced a meeting to delay nor any meeting to progress. Moroccans want all the boxes ticked that the mine tasks exhausted before EML, gains that permit. Patience all. | allinforabigprofit

15/7/2022 20:44 | You keep beating this drum. ESIA was submitted Q4 2020. Were you expecting a 6 month turnaround? During Covid? Naive to say the least. | qazwsxedc69
15/7/2022 18:13 | There's really only one thing that matters - will they be given the permit or not. It's a year late now and there is no excuse for it being withheld. Looks like the authorities want to force them off the project by letting the cash drain out of Emmerson, regardless of the urgency of the build. Hopefully the management can see it, and sell the project to a local company. We would still make a nice profit from these levels. | danieldruff2
15/7/2022 17:53 | Let's see if we find support at 7p again? Touch wood | cyberbub
14/7/2022 10:38 | Shame he doesn't deliver what he promises.....ESIA 🙃 Same 🐃💩 | qsmeily456
