Morning all! A solid enough week for EML. Would anyone else have expected slightly more bounce on back of the RNS?

Have a good weekend!

All the BOD have decent options packages and therefore skin in the game. This is how they're remunerated.

Well it's full of spin rather than reality.

The Company intends to complete a concept study examining the potential to develop Khemisse......how much how long what results?

Your suggestion of board integrity issues are libellous.

I thought it was rather accurate.

Thmelly - nothing wrong with having a positive view on this stock. Everything Cyberbub mentions is reasonable and without hubris.

Your suggestion of board integrity issues are libellous.

Derampers always pull out the same tosh - capital raises are somehow an insidious way "unclean" management rob from shareholders.

All the BOD have decent options packages and therefore skin in the game. This is how they're remunerated.

And I am particularly disappointed you didn't punctuate your spray with a collage of Emojis like a Snapchatting Tween.

Course u do Cyberbum you wouldn't have a bad word said. You are so unbalanced you're horizontal.

BOD have some interesting people with a less than clean record.

Then there's the move to AIM

Then their recent dilution fiasco and pre sale.

All smacks of using shareholders cash to start it off then take it private where shareholders get shafted.

The BOD have little if any of their own cash in this stock...

Absolutely. Anyone who can do a deal for a mine in Mali of all places must have some skill! In comparison Morocco, while not entirely free of political risk (it does have a somewhat authoritarian government) is a completely different sort of place. Of course the infrastructure is massively better. And in terms of financing there is a glaringly obvious massive local company who might well be interested in becoming a strategic partner - or simply buying us out.So I'm happy and trust our management to take their time to get the best deal.

11% - if they were able to attract a solid bid for a gold mine in a country decimated by a coup and Jihadists (as well as a cratering gold price), then I think they have form in unlocking value for shareholders. I refer to Papillon sale to B2Gold in 2014. I am sure they are out there doing just what you suggest. It takes time to get the right fit. Meantime, all the macro tailwinds are in our favour. Milestones have been articulated and delivered on. We have a mining license which can be a big unknown in Africa.

rajawali,

We dont need a "promoter" doing any promotion.

We need the BoD to go out there and the find the cash to fund the mine development.

I think Mike Tyson's wisdom extends particularly to you, Smelly, or "Thmelly", as he would call you.

Take a look at the John Deere share price (I've pointed this out before). It is now 3.5 times the March 2020 low. It is a second derivative of the ag boom that is partly driven by demand, partly by La Nina and partly due to the wall of cash out there loving the positive carry on several commodity futures boards.

Potash prices should materially rally back towards their highs. As I understand, the market does not have the same degree of instant price discovery as the crops themselves. We will most likely see lumpy price rerates as the board continues discussions on funding, staged development etc.

I am pleased with the board and have had good success with other companies they've been involved with.
