"Comprehensive research by Yuen Low of ShoreCap. Has #EML’s Khemisset Project as THE standout project among all Potash projects (SOP incl) and he provides a rigorous analytical basis for this claim. While SOP is getting the attention, a world class project flies below the radar...

"Yuen believes #eml should be trading 3-6x higher today, based on how our peers are trading... One of the reasons investors like Yuen’s research is he is ultra conservative in his analytical approach and assumptions...

"Notwithstanding this conservative approach, he still has #EML with an NAV/share of 13.9p.... which Yuen further takes a haircut to to get to his price target. If a few things go our way to offset some of that conservatism? The price target very quickly rises to 26.7p!!!

Edit: Hayden tweeted back that the note will be on the website today

In 18 months, we are going to be in the middle of an almighty commodity price explosion imv. EML will reflect this paradigm as potash prices climb materially higher on the back of expanded GM/Ha for row crops. I do see a re-rate in prices well before then as the various permitting news flows start to dribble out. Good assets will be financed first!

There is imminent ESIA newsflow that will push this upwards I expect, then the permitting, then financing news, all I expect will trigger a series of re-ratings.

Sigh... More patience required... Doesn't look like anything company specific as the whole market is down today....

ap,

quite possibly...but with the ESIA and permitting due imminently this does afford smaller pi's like me to get in ahead of the game and at a lower average

I think larger investors are reluctant to commit until the eisa is signed off and the permits in place fully. Then all the boxes are ticked except finance. But these endless tweets etc are not going to move the shareprice until the eisa and permits are done.

I guess some will wait until the ESIA, permits and finance are all sorted and signed off before buying..

the share price just will be multiples of today's price by that time.

Excellent news ...already had positive engagements, reiteration of the bottom quartile all-in delivered cost

EBITDA of $236mln....further to Hayden's tweet the other day of the EV/EBITDA multiple used with potash of around 10x - without the $500mln of salt by-product

...and of course the potential for the mine area to be significantly expanded still further

No it is not good news it is bloody excellent news! As we all know [or should know] the EML project[s] are very robust so this is the way to go with just relatively limited equity dilution.
