I know it's great that they have purchased shares and nicely above the placing. But I'd of thought they may hold more than what they have give. How strong their project is?

500k shares isn't very much in the scheme of things, but positive in any case. I expect that GC will be given a few million options shortly.

GC has now bought more shares than me (just lol) so Im happy that he’s putting in his dosh as must be confident in his and the BoD’s ability to deliver this project.
Hopefully this will move up fairly well now as been a poor day. Great that SNG has made a few people very rich today. This will be us soon I hope. 😄

Eml have no obligation to report that Hayden has an additional directorship with another company. There wont be an rns about it.

Good that there’s director buy-ins now so always a good sign that all is well.
HL news maybe explains why GC is now CEO as Mark Connolly will have had a major say in where we were going. Not sure if HL stays on in his role as director as based on his interview this morning he was asked the direct question and he said he would be dealing with the permitting and finance. Let’s just see what happens in the next few hours as I’m sure there will be an announcement from EML to clarify.

At 3:56 Hayden adds that the management teams intends to buy shares at this level, a premium to the capital raise. It seems the raise was a bit of a stuff up but so what. Doesn't change the compelling and asymmetric payoff.

Good to hear that the management team intend to buy shares around this level and above the recent offer price, that should put a big floor on the price here.

Hopefully it’ll appear in the next couple of weeks as any director deals have to be disclosed. Maybe he bought them prior to becoming an employee but I’m sure there will be more news flow coming over the next few weeks. Should break 5 easy today as the SNG winners will be looking to buy some bargains.

Very clear on their objective. It’s looking like they intend to ensure the SoP and additional resource FS will increase the NPV significantly which in turn will ensure more debt funding will be offered up front. This project will hopefully be more attractive to major investment corporations and generally larger investors. Hopefully this will ensure our ridiculously low share price will start going up steadily from now as more mining and investment parties realise that this is a fabulous investment opportunity.
Based on what Teapot was saying below the recent issue was deliberately dropped to ensure the investors could gain even more more profit so at least their money will ensure we get right though to pre-construction stage.
As HL advised previously he sets himself tight targets and hopefully when the new DFS and permit comes through he will announce a hefty finance package for EML.
An accelerated time-scale has always been pursued for late 2021 actual resource production. Fingers crossed we see this moving up to a decent MCAP over the next few weeks.

All sounds positive. ESIA by September hopefully, then mining permit by Xmas, then finance agreed early 2021.Makes sense if HL said that they wanted to raise money now when they didn't strictly need to, to avoid any complications with Covid second wave. And insiders (I assume he means City spivs getting a tipoff, rather than any of the BOD) dragging the price down to give themselves more profit, is hardly unusual unfortunately on the stock market.

HL made it clear in the chat afterwards (that I've read) that he was extremely disappointed with the raise price and essentially insiders dragged the price down. It was almost pulled, but I think the money was important to keep the FS optimisation and risk mitigation work on-stream. This is in line with the chat I had with HL after the placing (I didn't ask for the consent to share then, so didn't, but echoing in public now). Also, ambitious targets of Q1 2021 set for funding and permits. Extra work with this funding will include looking at the SOP angle and extra salt by-product. I'll share any further info I pick up from the presentation. Good to see a united front, as there has been some unfair criticism of GC on Twitter when he hardly had his feet under the table. Very much get the impression that HL was onboard with GC being bought in, so I'm not quite sure why this criticism was levelled anyway.

sportbilly, summary from a well respected poster...Graham said he has purchased EML shares. They will consider using Primary Bid in any future raises.* resource booked to date is circa 50% of the available resource and 19 year mind life/NPV could well be extended;* project is profitable at the low end of the potash cycle (which we are in at present, so should hopefully be outside this by the time of first production);* as stated above, HL bought GC is to lead the technical side... leaving HL free to secure financing and GC to help him on the technical side of that funding aspect;* a smaller project is feasible if financing proves difficult, would be looking at 65-70% capex I believe (my guess, not looked at numbers presented by them in detail);* many routes to financing, from corporation, large specialists in the space(which might find the funding level TOO small - crazy!), smaller groups and family offices, etc.* ambitious target of Q1 2021 for funding to be outlined - HL thinks 'he'll probably fail" but is a man that hasn't missed a deadline to date;* linked to the above, EML are funded for all planned work streams to end of 2021 - HL is very concerned about a second fallout linked to the COVID situation (economic, not medical) which could grind everything to a halt in short term, so important they can continue to progress regardless of markets/share price;* should have strong news flow to come on SOP and salt by-product work.
