I'm not concerned one bit about the share price and all these sellers, they will soon get snapped up by someone who is sensible to hold and make a hefty profit. All's I know is this share price will not be where it is now come the start of Q4.

200k dumped below bid (plus an 87k rollover).Someone is definitely still keen to sell... But it's small volume still at the moment... Friday afternoon is rarely a positive trading environment...Patience...

I wonder if HL looking at that sort of thing (I'm sure he is), OCP give us cash upfront to complete the works in exchange for fixed term price agreement... that way no dilution on share price or interest fees on any loan.

cyber,

totally agree - reduce any equity capex requirement to offset a small reduction in 19yr cashflows

I don't think OCP would get any discount on the global market price if buying in the market, that's not how it works. Maybe a small reduction if the transport costs are lower, that's all.Of course OCP might negotiate a 10% discount on the market price, as part of a long-term offtake agreement, with substantial cash upfront... I would be happy enough with that!! :-)

The FS was based on the average MOP price to Brazil (base case $412/tonne), so whilst OCP might take some I think they would want to get the best economic price for their production to maximise the EBITDA figure and in turn the share price

Anyone heard anything about whom potential customers may be for the potash, or do we think OCP will just take it all?

define real volume.

1 mln online quote now is 5.075p, most MM's generally quote here to 500k

re-quote and buy again....

as seen due to 1.1mln is at 5.6p

It will bounce back strongly I feel, I have a feeling they will push an update out before the end of the month on financing particularly. Now that HL can I guess pass on some stuff to GC he can work on this much more so should only speed up the process.

The new DFS is predicting a NPV of $1.8 Billion and probably more. Therefore the financing will be a formality. The EISA and ISA works nearly there so the full mining licence will also be forthcoming.

The Project is eligible for several additional fiscal concessions and tax breaks, which are expected to enhance its post-tax cash margins.

Emmerson will also benefit from invaluable formal support from Government agencies in all project implementation processes in Morocco.

The PEA has shown that the production of SOP via the Mannheim process, in the Port of Jorf Lasfar in Morocco, has the potential to deliver a significant uplift in margins to EML, taking the average, potential EBITDA across its portfolio of assets to over US$300 million per annum.

Therefore, just a case of waiting guys.

Personally I think / hope we will bounce strongly from 5p. But I agree we need to see volume climb or spike first.

I’ll sort it out so it will be done at some stage. Let’s get back to EML as AP is right as this is a discussion board. I’m a novice at the shares game and naively got a bit carried away with the amount I bought. I’ll do a B&I and that’ll be that. Appreciated the comments and assistance / advice provided. Good luck guys.

micky,

when you sell in your share account can you transfer sale proceeds to isa straight away? Or do you need to wait for settlement?

If you can, great but otherwise the time delay is why most choose to phone broker and bed n isa to avoid time gap where share price can move (against you)

Who cares what accounts people have their shares in , or if they're hoping to get 0.1 cheaper when they buy into an isa. It could go the other way and youd be paying 0.1 more. Just do what trades you want. It has no relevance to anyone but yourself.Let's stick to EML.

Cyber, SB, My average is 5.71 despite buying a few yesterday morning. Was thinking of flogging them sitting until there’s a 0.1 drop then re-buying. If sold on share account the money would go into my share fund account and then I buy them again through my isa at same as sell or if really lucky 0.1 less than my sell. Either that or I’ll just do the B&I and take the hit as the shares numbers could mean a good few extra bob in a few months time.
There’s no CGT involved so should be straightforward. I assume there will be no hidden fees for the sell or purchase like stamp duty if I just sold normally then bought through the isa ?

No it couldn't Ferric. In that scenario one of the trades would be worth £5k more than the other??

No not at all Micky, you can do what you want. Anyone can sell and hope to buy back cheaper, whether an ISA is involved or not... You could sell your X shares in your trading account, transfer the proceeds minus 10% into your ISA, hope the share price drops by 10%, and then re-buy X shares in your ISA - leaving you with the same numbers of shares tax-free and also a small pot in your trading account... But that would take 2+ days - and what if the share price doesn't fall by 10% and actually rises in that time ?Dilemmas...NAIPS remember also that any sale of shares in your trading account (whether B&I or not) could render you liable for capital gains tax. Doesn't sound likely if you bought originally at 6p though!

It could be a bed and ISA if the ISA already has £5k cash in it.

Thanks for this Cyberbug, I’ve got a plan. I might just sell once they go up a touch, pocket the money into my share account then buy from the isa at hopefully 0.1 less than I sold for (or maybe if lucky another point drop. Does this make sense instead of gambling with the trade times and the prices and if so, is there any likely charges (other than sell and buy fees) to selling £19,900 worth of shares ? Any advice greatly appreciated.
