Yes, has posted exactly what he told me in response to my earlier comment. Seems genuine buyer but with lack of experience as he admits.Unfortunately tactics used do lead to a lack of credibility, which was really what was behind my post, without having any real impact on prices, so again down to experience. All behind us now though and lessons learned.Good luck all.

PS guys, I have been open about the situation re my isa discussion last week so if you know how the dealings work then you maybe realised despite my best intentions I couldn’t buy straight in again. Remember I still had about 240000 other shares so don’t want to drive the price down. The FTSE is down so this will be affecting our share price too. Once we get the next RNS we’ll be flying. Good luck folks.

Guys, sincere apologies to you all. I have now bought £10116 worth at 4.9 as sold half my shares on Friday so could re-buy via my new ISA. Deed now done. Took a fair hit on my sale so had to wait on the share price going to my target of 4.9. Hadn’t realised the share settlement took 3 days as HLands wouldn’t do a bed and isa for me. So all my previous posts are bang on re the company and where this is going hence buying back in. I hope you can understand and let’s hope this now moves up - which I can confidently say it will hence now again all in. GC will get this moving quickly as the finance and licence is in the bag.

Mickey now showing your true coloursWhat share issue? The company is fully funded until well into 2021.You mean the "financing" talks to secure debt, offtake, or equity to build the plant? Is this game a little confusing for you

micky,

not sure what you were looking to re-buy in your isa, but 250k is at 5p and 500k is at 5.12p

Looks like stalemate again today as the buy and sell prices are miles apart so will not attract activity. I was expecting a drop today but obviously due to the big spread I don’t see many deals going through unless they pay the MMs to generate some interest. Maybe the possible share issue is affecting the share price

Looks like an off book at 5p is holding the share price up just now. All quiet on the western front as spread is too big just now.

We're not on about take over. Where has that come from? The ocp interest will be payment as an advance offtake agreement. They wont want to buy eml.

Still some ESIA and consultation work in Morocco ongoing to get the relevant green light for the licence so we’re talking late Q3 which is a few months away so this is why we’re at this share price GC just in the door so he’ll need to assess everything so it’ll take a while.

SB that's my exact thought, they know now they have something very special here so I just couldn't see HL entertain a full off take pre production. Just an agreement to get the money to get it to production and have something in principle once after seeing the full cost to get it there to negotiate a full take over.I think HL did elude recently to doing this as an option. Which I think would be the better one.

Lynmee,

I'm glad they want to see this through to production and not entertain any potential t/o approaches this early in the cycle as I want maximum shareholder value

sportbilly1976

Absolutely yes they don't have the money alone to take it to production. I just think they would want a big part in getting it to production before a full off take.
lynmee90

Well, they don't have enough money to get this to production without considering something, whether it is debt financing, equity issuance, off takes or a blend of 2 or 3. Clearly the optimum for us would be a mix of off take and debt. But there is no reason why it can't happen sooner rather than later, and GC does lend credibility to the project

I suppose it’s what way you see it I guess.

Your points are valid totally but I just feel that they will take this thing to production before considering anything. I’m not saying it wouldn’t happen but I just feel that any type of take over would now happen later down the line as opposed to pre production
