12/11/2020 09:42 | To accept 150 would be a disgraceful decision by the board. Without COVID the share would naturally be around 180-200p at the moment. Any offer should need to be in excess of 250p. It strikes me as a speculative attempt to see if the company was in a significantly distressed position and maybe pick it up on the cheap. But the debt seems serviceable and with the news of the vaccine and hope to return to normal H2 the share should be around 180p by the end of 2021. | venezuela45
12/11/2020 09:25 | Very interesting indeed. | epistrophy
12/11/2020 09:10 | Still looks very much like a buy at this level. | robsy2
12/11/2020 09:00 | I would think that 150 will get board agreement (see my previous posts on ELM being taken out). The current offer should put a floor at 100 for now. | toffeeman
12/11/2020 08:47 | The galling part of it is that whilst we have benefited from the upward movement of the SP, it is quite apparent that there were those 'in the know' as opposed to those 'in the dark' us PI's. A level playing field? I don't think so. regards | peaeff
12/11/2020 08:18 | A cheap shot .I think they will need to offer a lot more than that, 200p might get some traction. Good vindication of the value on offer here though, so good news for shareholders . | robsy2
12/11/2020 08:08 | ooohhh. Thats interesting. | ifthecapfits
10/11/2020 18:09 | Very slight gap at 95 from back in early March filled today so next stop is close above 100 | toffeeman
06/11/2020 13:33 | Let's hope - my milestones are: slight resistance at 100 then 130 and then the gap to close from 150-165 - which would do very nicely! | toffeeman
06/11/2020 12:44 | Breaking out....pushing to £1 | mitch101
05/11/2020 21:52 | Put them in your Christmas stocking | queenbreguet
05/11/2020 13:46 | Small gap at 90 to close, but I would prefer to see a test and re-test of 81 first. | toffeeman
04/11/2020 18:18 | Bullish it is. It would be nice to see it test 81 tomorrow and hold. | toffeeman
04/11/2020 08:50 | A close above 81 would be bullish methinks. | toffeeman
04/11/2020 08:24 | Still cheap at these levels. | queenbreguet
03/11/2020 19:28 | How's that golden cross coming along? | ifthecapfits
30/10/2020 16:52 | I would think so . next stop 100p, where the impatient can hop off, after that we should see 150p then 200p and even then we're just back to where we came from. It is a serial underperformer but they are well plugged into a lot of sectors and processes on a global scale,so will stay relevent and who knows the management may start to really improve the businesss they have instead of p----g about buying new stuff. | robsy2
30/10/2020 16:00 | Would be good to close above 75p, onwards and upwards after that... | amelio
29/10/2020 11:59 | >>itcf Agreed | toffeeman
29/10/2020 11:28 | Quiet board this, which is often a good sign! Trading update yesterday seems pretty robust, given backdrop. | ifthecapfits
07/10/2020 20:56 | I think they could well get taken out at 150 or more - tasty morsel for CRDA? | toffeeman
07/10/2020 16:25 | This is pushing fwd nicely. It is a classic value play i think. Good for a 100p at least. | robsy2
29/7/2020 08:16 | deanmatlazin.....Liv | commander77
29/7/2020 08:02 | This is one of the company that will go bust due to COVID. Am sure many more will become COVID victims. | deanmatlazin |
