It's a shame Roddie that management have had such a bad attitude to private investors as we were a supportive good bunch of investors and now most of us have sold out

I sold 500,000 at an average of 18p in late 2007, then more at 33.5p in August 2010, then more at 20.1p in July 2012. I dumped the remainder at 6p in December 2013.

Anybody investing a year ago has done very well , but there was no obvious reason for doing so at that time. Management have not kept investors well informed. I am happy to be out of these.

End of the day the share price for some completely unfathomable reason is being "forced" up so something is afoot, lets hope its not small holders blindly piling in on the recent rises and they have actually done some fundamentals.

Considering all the small trades and vertical share price I expect a lot of people do.

However I expect they’re put off from posting by Kavanagh QC’s incessant deluded ramblings. I certainly am.

According to the BBC legal reporter claims have already been lodged against the police today for a failure to investigate serious crime.

This is a "game changer" said the BBC legal reporter, the Supreme court judgement will see more offenders seek the full force of the law.

Arthur,

The police have already been placed on notice today and so have the SRA and FCA in respect of the ruling and these matters are to be dealt with in court proceedings next week.

I am determined to seek any wrongdoers face the consequences of their actions no matter how long this takes.

Arthur,

I think you will be proved wrong in fact under section 3 any authority and court for that matter has a duty to act proactively. The courts can enforce any authority to comply.

All that said, if the FCA are aware of a breach of section 3 the courts can enforce the FCA to act.

I am well conversed in the law Arthur in fact my litigation has the European Convention of Human Rights implications which the court must consider.

As a matter of fact I am to seek the courts consider the recent ruling in a court hearing next week, having already raised numerous breaches in respect of my litigation.

The current ruling has mind blowing ramifications in respect of serious crime. It will put a stop to any police force failing to investigate serious crime and other authorities will also have to comply.

Simon I seriously doubt the FCA are ever going to be sued under article 3 of the Human Rights Act.

Supreme Court ruling:

The police have accepted the ruling justice prevails in the end.

BBC...

"This will almost certainly have profound long-term implications for police forces across the UK - and something that many of them have been dreading, given their resources and the changing nature of modern crime.
— Dominic Casciani (@BBCDomC) February 21, 2018"

This will also have profound implications for any authority whether it be the police, the FCA and the SRA including the law courts.

Further update on Supreme court ruling...

"So the ruling is likely to lead to more claims by his victims.
However there will be many other victims of violent crime who feel that they were let down by serious police failings, who will now want to consider bringing claims for breach of their human rights.

Until now, police could not be found to be negligent for generally failing to identify and apprehend an unknown suspect. "

The ruling today expands the duty of the police to take action in respect of inhuman and or degrading treatment under section 3 of the European Human Rights Act and if there is any evidence whatsoever that a breach has occurred under section 3 then both the state and police must take proactive measures.

This will mean more arrests and more prosecutions in future.

The importance of the ruling can not be underestimated, a victim will have an opportunity to seek offenders be held to account far earlier than before under article 3 of the European Human Rights Convention.

Important information for any investors who have sold their holdings the last few years and seen the current share price lately, and may have sold at a loss. Just be patient litigation is still continuing. Shareholder should not lose out regardless of whether they have sold their shares.

I am limited as to what I can say at the moment due to current litigation.

The FCA wont like the ruling it will mean the FCA can be held to account and forced to take action if there is evidence of any wrongdoing by directors.

The courts are under the same duty aa above.

The ramifications are going to be more significant than the public realise.

It opens up a new ball game in respect of serious crime, the public have far more protection and will find it easier to seek redress.

There has been a landmark ruling at the Supreme court with regards to police having a duty to investigate serious crime...

The same ruling will also affect the duties of the FCA as well.

One of the most important questions for any potential investor is where the comp0any would have been at if the company had not been run the way it has.

One only needs to look at Versarien to give a clue. Its considered as a high growth stock and if other management had taken advice the company would have performed far better than it has done.

When one talks about profits one needs to also look at shareholder dilution!!!

Dilution through reckless actions is recoverable on any company. Its jus that there are so few cases go through the courts in the UK. The US is far more proactive.
