Tilly,

All the reckless actions by the BOD are matters which investors can still be recompensed over regardless of whether or not shareholders have sold their shares.

But before that happens a number of complex legal matters have to be dealt with first.

If any readers had have attended a number of court hearings in the last 12 months they would have know allegations of fraud, contempt of court been made involving the BOD and their lawyers, and these matters are still being addressed in litigation.

What both investors and potential investors need to be aware of is things could turn on a six pence at any time.

There are London firms of highly qualified lawyers coming up to Liverpool before the end of the month to deal with urgent applications placed before the court.

The court has unlimited powers in relation to any orders it makes.

So for example if anyone was suing xyz for example and alleging deceit the court could if it though it needed to was seek that xyz affairs of the company were placed under the jurisdiction of the court.

Now don't take what I have said here as an indication as to what could happen here, but at the same time don't take what I have said that it could not happen. All I am doing is outlining the complexities of legalities.

All that I have don't here is outline what matters investors need to take account. What I have said is public knowledge at the moment as they have been dealt with in open court.

With regards to the announcement on sale of the eye equipment in the US I happen to think the market is far higher than the BOD has indicated, I feel the statement they have put out is grossly misleading, and they must know that. That is a very serious matter.

My friend rescued ekt from going bust yet I've not received one email or phone call from Daley thanking me I also told Daley that Andy our CFO was best appointment he made yet also not one thank you for being right on this

Thanks Tiger If our mgmnt had appraisal forms filled out by us shareholders they wouldn't have been marked v highly would they ?!!Checkit has had millions spent on it and not one decent contract announced

We had 10.3% of VRS JUNE 2013

So 16 m at todays price.

However we PAID the company to release us early from a lock in to get shut.

Under the terms of the Acquisition Agreement dated 6 June 2013 pursuant to which Versarien acquired Total Carbide Limited, Elektron agreed TO HOLD shares in the Company it received as consideration for a period of six months from admission to trading on AIM. The Company has agreed, in return for the payment of a fee by Elektron, to waive this restriction and allow Elektron to dispose of its entire interest in Versarien.

We've missed you Simon Just been reading about Versarien in the FTIs that right a mkt cap of 160m and it's basically one of the subsidiaries we sold them? And one of our directors who left to go there?Our mkt cap is 36m? Is this correct?Can't we employ Ricketts as our PR man? Incredible difference in value Why are we on such a low rating ? Doesn't make sense! Or is it that it has suited our mgmnt to be lowly rated to they can pick up shares at such a low level?What did we sell our Vrs stake at? 8p?Wow that wasn't a good sell!

I hope you do better with the remainder of your holding. " management " can`t possibly do any worse than they have hitherto. They made their position impregnable , regardless of merit: not a good advert for AIM.

All is well---I am clearing scrub from the land , and will be planting trees soon.

Don't blame you RoddieHope alls wellI've made a bigger percentage return in spsy in a few months than I have in ekt in 17 years Then again the managements are incomparable When directors are only interested in their own well being what chance do us shareholders have?Looking forward to seeing what Daley's bonus is this year

Looks like Daley and Wilson doing a good job in promoting ElektronPlenty of good videos on Bulgin and Checkit appearing on the web and TwitterAlso managed to promote Ekt by getting decent institutional interest Things are changing for the better here..taken 15 years but it's happening Strong buy Target price 30p

Wouldn't surprise me with buyers paying up from 7p to 20p..

Upgrading my price target from 25p to 28p mostly on back of a strong pound Don't forget we raised prices when the pound fell so we have actually benefitted!!28p with Checkit valued at 0pWho knows what's Checkits worth !!
